ryankeast 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2003 No one would consider Ric Rude for WCW??? I know considered to the other names we've all got he wasn't as big - but he was over big time when he was the US Champ and was bound to get the World title if it were not for his unfortunate injury. <NOTE> He did hold the FAKE belt after all. Any other Rude lovers???

2GOLD 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Wow, this is very tough but I'll give it a shot WWF/E: 1: HBK 2: The Hitman 3: Hogan 4: Andre 5: Foley (face recognition) 6: Stone Cold 7: The Undertaker (not Deadman Inc either) 8: Bruno 9: Rock 10: Blassie WCW/NWA 1-2: The Road Warriors 3: Flair 4: Sting 5: Hall 6: Nash 7: Hogan 8: Steamboat 9: Vader 10: Booker T (last WCW champion) ECW 1-2:The Dudley Boyz 3: Sabu 4: RVD 5: Sandman 6: Raven 7: Dreamer 8: Rhino (last ECW champion) 9: The Franchise 10: Terry Funk I could also make a case for 2 Cold Scorpio since he held the TV title the most times. And of course, Taz could also be made but leaving off the last champion just didn't seem right.

Downhome 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Downhome - interested why you would pick Bobby Heenan??? Bobby Heenan is a WWF Staple. He was one of the most influential managers in the company, possibly only second to "Classy" Freddie Blassie in that respect. Not only that, but to ME, the man is the "Voice of WWF", not JR or any other shit like Lawler. I'd put Bobby Heenan on the cover in place of someone like a Savage or Andre, for the above reasons and simply because I'd want at least ONE non-wrestler but someone that was still very much an on screen/in ring character. Bobby Heenan was a vital part of many a feud, and obviously in the booth. Just curious though...for the picture of Sting...would it be Multicolor Sting or Crow Sting? To me, it would be muticolor Sting, that is how I'll remember Sting in 20 years.
Downhome 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Also, I don't know if any of you would care, but how about a top ten for the AWA?

Downhome 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 But Andre the Giant and Randy Savage are much more associated, did more in the WWF and are more well known then the Brain Without a doubt, and if I had two more spots these would more than likely be the two guys that I would give those two spots to. As I said, I'd want at least non-wrestler on the cover, that was still a vital on screen character over the years.
Guest One Trick Pony Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Didn't Downhome also say that the cover should be reserved for wrestlers? If anything Vince>Heenan in that respect as it's his company and he was the heel foil to Austin.
bob_barron 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Then put Vince. He's the guy who made the company what it is and was part of the hottest feud at one of the hottest periods in the company
