Guest The Old Me Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Okay, now this went in NHB for 2 reasons. 1) Putting it in the WWE folder immediately means that Ray and everyone who thinks just like him will track my IP, hunt me down and kill me, then jack off at the sight of me and 2) I know I might get flamed for this, but here me out. I'm actually excited for HHH's return, I hope he gets healthy and I hope he gets the belt back at SS. As far as I'm concerned, he's one of RAW's best options. Now if he were on Smackdown, I'd probably think differently. But as I've never been too big a Goldberg fan, I know they won't really give Booker or RVD a shot, HHH really is the best choice. He may be a politician in the back (from what we hear) but he does eat, sleep, breathe (and fuck) this bsuiness. Whether you love him or hate him, you cannot question that. And he's been such the focal point of wrestling for so long, that I actually miss him when he's gone and want that belt back around The Game's waist. I like his current stable with Flair, Orton and Batista (I'm also an Orton fan). So, think about it before you reply with "OMG HHH is cancer" and your usual bullshit like that. rising up out of the back seat-nuh 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 If HHH comes back with the form he had pre-quad tear, groovy. If, however, he can't perform to the levels of Jericho et al, he doesn't deserve the belt. At least not for the best part of a year.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 If he can bring the goods...then go HHH. If he brings what he's been bringing then......fuck no.
Guest The Old Me Report post Posted November 4, 2003 I'm not saying he should have a 6-10 month reign, I'm just saying it'll be nice to see him back and I'll like watching him beat Goldberg. He'll never be pre-quad tear again, I doubt.

Guest The Old Me Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Some of his matches are not so bad, if the person can carry him. But I think the year 2000 HHH is gone. Like I said, it'll be nice, IMO, just to have him back at all, and see him with the gold one more time. Although, I'm sure he'll have it much more than that. {''({o..o})''} 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 My only problem with HHH is building a story and not giving the end it should have. I've excepted that he'll be around, and if he annoys me enough, well, I'll just not watch. No biggie. I really don't understand those who get their panties all twisted over him. No biggie. I really don't understand those who get their panties all twisted over him. Oh, I totally agree. The way WM playedout last year, I thought, "surely Booker will go over, given HHH's borderline racist comments." And I was pissed when he didn't. But if they didn't give Book the win then, they're not going to now. HHH is the best RAW choice, next to Jericho who I believe will get his shot again, one day. Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Report post Posted November 4, 2003 I like his current stable with Flair, Orton and Batista (I'm also an Orton fan). I agree with this. Orton has picked up his game. But I'd rather have Goldberg than Triple H, he totally gets shit on more than anyone else. He sells better than anyone on fucking RAW, when he gets hurt, he sells it like a motherfucker. Y'totally gots ta respect that.
Guest The Old Me Report post Posted November 4, 2003 I didn't make the thread to shit on Goldberg. I'm just saying I believe HHH in that role more I guess. I just think of him as like, a military general in the WWE.
justsoyouknow 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Evolution only seems so great because we haven't had a real stable in quite some time. When was the last actual STABLE that tore shit up? DX? The UnAmericans was just a fucking three-man tagteam. But I agree with ya, Banks. Evolution is a damn good stable, and I'm starting to warm up to Batista. He's got the look, big time, and if he could just step up his in-ring game a little bit, he could be the RAW equivalent of Brock. HHH used to be my favorite wrestler. Then he came back from his quad injury and sucked major ass. If he could become the Trips that we all knew and loved, then I'm sure everything would be just ducky. A while back I remember Downhome getting shit on because he felt Goldberg has value. He is great for what he is meant to do. You don't put guys who can't talk in twenty minute monolouges, and you don't put guys who are good in small spurts in 20 minute matches. The fans dig it when Goldberg comes out and and does his thing, whiping ass.
Guest thetrendsetter Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Give HHH some credit, his matches in the last few months before his injury were looking better than those from a year ago... The thing is, is that HHH is a natural 210 pounds, and was jacked when he was 235, when he's trying to be 260-270, he is too big for his body.. He's got Dynamite Kid Syndrome. Mole 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Except Kid could wrestle, Triple-Groin can't. I would like to see Triple-Groin get the title, and then eventually loose it to Orton or Batista. I doubt we will ever get 2000 Triple-Groin back, but it would be great. I wouldn't give two shits about politics if he is wrestling well. The only reason I don't like him is because he can't wrestle anymore, and he thinks he can.

Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 I'm expecting HHH to get his title back at SSeries. It'll be Armageddon all over and ANOTHER 9 month, if not longer, reign!
Guest The Old Me Report post Posted November 4, 2003 I wish he was on tonight, but Batista filled the role nicely.
AlwaysPissedOff 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Eh, I pretty much prefer Goldberg keeping the title because he hasn't been as horribly overexposed as Hunter has been since he joined the RAW roster. As for Evolution as a whole? Meh, fuck 'em all, even Flair. Even when they've scaled down Evolution's TV time, I still find them incredibly boring(insert usual anti-smark "witty" comment here) to the point where I just watch something else when their music hits. Whether anyone actually agrees with me or not, I couldn't really be bothered to give a shit.

Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 So APO, you didn't like the addition of Orton the the elimination match? Or the whole Batista stuff going on tonight? I liked the Batista stuff. Austin had to lay down and sell like a bitch while Goldberg and Batista went at it.
AlwaysPissedOff 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 So APO, you didn't like the addition of Orton the the elimination match? Or the whole Batista stuff going on tonight? Eh, I knew Orton was going to be added just as soon as Austin recruited HBK, so I'm indifferent to it. As for Batista, I was just bored by the whole thing, and to be honest, all I saw of Batista tonight was the Maven squash and his speech to Austin(I was on the can for the last 20 minutes of the show and came back after Goldberg and Austin were standing in the ring. Guest The Old Me Report post Posted November 4, 2003 I have been impressed with Batista since his return. He's got a fire now, that he didn't before. And I've marked for Randy since his RNN days.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2003 Bautista is the best of the Hoss bunch but that does not really say much considering that he is being compared to Matt Morgan, Nathan Jones, Jon Heinerdich.
