The Amazing Rando Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 yeah... you don't mess with a PPV where a gun turret is part of the decor...
Guest Qonas Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Premature reactions, are the BESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST kind! Thanks for marrying my daughter, here's your World title!
AndrewTS Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 yeah... you don't mess with a PPV where a gun turret is part of the decor... I think there was also half of a bus sticking out of the set. Or maybe that was Rumble 00... WWE has had some cool sets. Gotta love the KotR Chair of the Gods, too.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Thanks for marrying my daughter, here's your World title! You might as well go on "Wheel of Fish" because.... YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID!
Repo Man jr Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Goldberg wins clean again even after Batista and Orton and Flair run ins
Kardo Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 That was some of the trickest politics I have EVER seen.
Nevermortal Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Berg over....did you notice Trips raise the shoulder at three though?
Guest Choken One Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 If you are refering to RR 98...Umm the Casket was NO WHERE NEAR THE RING. It was done in the Entry way. Taker crawled under the ring before they moved the casket. That's what I meant. He rolled out when the casket was next to the ring but they lit it when it was further away from the ring, because it would make for a better shot and wouldn't make the apron go up. Imagine If Taker bumped his head going into the casket at the end and was knocked out cold and they didn't know it and closed the lid and rolled it out...expecting Taker to be under the ring and actually set Taker on fire...
Guest Qonas Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 More Evolution entertainment as they chase the belt for Trips, coming right up! Berg over....did you notice Trips raise the shoulder at three though? Someone's scraping the barrel for HHHate.
The Amazing Rando Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Goldberg wins clean again even after Batista and Orton and Flair run ins that wasn't really a clean win...more just like "Face prevails"

Armageddon 99 was the best no QUESTION with the tanks and Gun Turret...
The Amazing Rando Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 at least this wasn't the worst PPV of the year
AndrewTS Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Nuts. Goldberg won. Cool. However, since HHH wasn't around for most of the feud, and it didn't lead to a title switch despite Goldie being injured, what was the point? They just needed a placeholder feud due to the lack of a strong heel to challenge? This means Kane/Goldberg at Rumble, vs. a member of Evolution, or what?
Guest Qonas Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 at least this wasn't the worst PPV of the year So you still watch......why?
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Was there any foreshadowing towards the Evolution split there? Besides the obvious point about Orton winning his match and HHH blowing twice in a row.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Great match!!!
Kurt Angle Mark Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 I'm assuming that Brock will be traded for Kane somewhere down the road to set up Goldberg vs. Brock Kane vs. Undertaker for Wrestlemania
MixxMaster Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Hey, I thought that was actually a GOOD Goldberg match....made him ended up looking very powerful, which is what his character is.

Cue the logo, and g'night.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 I'm assuming that Brock will be traded for Kane somewhere down the road to set up Goldberg vs. Brock Kane vs. Undertaker for Wrestlemania Yup, I agree with both of those. And if they build from NOW until tthen for all of that shit, both of those matches will be huge.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Heh, Goldberg burried HHH.
Guest CronoT Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Berg over....did you notice Trips raise the shoulder at three though? Which means Goldberg has to give Levesque the BJ return at either RR or WM. And as for HHH raising his shoulder: You KNOW he'll never let himself be totally jobbed.
Use Your Illusion Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Nuts. Goldberg won. Cool. I imagine The Deadman gimmick will return in that Goldy/Kane match-up as well.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Hey, I thought that was actually a GOOD Goldberg match....made him ended up looking very powerful, which is what his character is. Goldberg has been busting his ass since he showed up, he's just finally getting the pops and support in recognition of it.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 Heh, Goldberg burried HHH. No, UT was the one who got buried. (rimshot)
The Amazing Rando Posted November 17, 2003 Report Posted November 17, 2003 at least this wasn't the worst PPV of the year So you still watch......why? because i've been a fan for over 10 years...and it's addicting... I've tried to just "not watch" ...and it doesn't work

He stayed on the mat thought, he barely lifted his shoulder. No one should slam Triple H for this ending, he got beat even WITH assist from his cronies. That was huge.
