David Bowie has been confirmed for T 2004, with Muse expected to be added as well.

Should be AWESOME if the headliner is anything to go by, and Muse isn't a bad thing either. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at £70 which is pretty good.

The Darkness have been confirmed as the Sunday night headline band at T in the Park.

As for the Glastonbury comment, I enjoyed T in the Park more than the other festivals that I went to ( including Glasto ). It has a different atmosphere and is just amazing. I think Coldplay's set helped as well.

Coldplay. I guess that'd be a big factor for me as well, because I would probably still be in jail for the attempted murder of that unspeakably talentless Chrissy Martin and his session musician friends had I come within a mile of them. They are pure evil, making the world stupider with each record. People shouldn't stand for this. You have the right to demand some substance. 'The Scientist' actually prompted me to vomit in a public place once, seriously. Disgraceful. But yeah, shove a light show in there and write on your hands and the seals clap for more every time. makes you wonder.

God bless you kind sir, God bless you... Coldplay are just middle of the road corporate pap... in short, they suck. See also: Travis and the Stereophonics.

I'll be going to the second weekend of All Tomorrows Parties UK if I manage to get the money together before it sells out. That'll make up for missing Sonic Youth (and Mercury Rev) at T in the Park a few years ago because I was watching GREEN DAY. Anybody else going to either ATP weekend?
