Is it any coincidence that Raw's sucking streak started again just last week when Foley came back? I also don't remember many WWE shows being too great when he was the face Commissioner in 2000, either.

Perhaps, but doesn't anyone else remember when Foley always stacked the odds against the heels almost every week? That got really boring, especially considering that Chris Benoit had a handicap match against Eddie Guerrero and Chyna on Smackdown that year just because Foley said something about his daughter and Chyna "playing" before Raw and Benoit put Chyna in the Crossface.

Man, I long for the days when a totally half-assed Nitro with a blatant screwjob main event would kick the ass of a loaded Raw every week...in retrospect, that was so awesome. Vince must have felt totally fucking helpless watching his company go down the drain...

I certainly enjoyed Raw back around 1997, far more than I enjoy it nowadays.

 

Now I wish they'd just cancel Raw so I can find better things to do with my Monday nights than waste it watching two hours of crap.

Those three things took up 1/2 of every show. And most shows were loaded, just look at any of the RAWs from the summer. 1997 was the best year for WWF.

So...Raw. Expect maybe Bischoff to add Test/Steiner and La Res to the Tag Turmoil, now they're not 'fired' anymore...plus, a four team Tag Turmoil (with three face teams) would be really bad.

 

And I have a REALLY bad feeling they'll make Lita/Trish vs Jericho/XTian for Armageddon.

I think the reason Vince and Sable have been kept off Smackdown is so they can jump to Raw when Austin finally returns.
