The 2003 Smark Awards~!

Recommended Posts

Hells yeah dude, girls dig the guy that can dance. I learned this recently after I started coming out of my shell when I'd go out on the weekends. Seriously, just don't look like a completely rhythmless goof and they'll approach you. No confidence necessary except what you need to get on the floor. And even if no girls approach you, dancing still rules and can be extremely theraputic (if you freak it like I do). You might be sore as fuck the next day (like me after a four hour dance-off against the other freaks), but you'll have to say "god-DAMN I had a good time."

Oh, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention Michael Joel Benoit, Choken One, and Kotzenjunge in that same breath.

MJB just goes on and on and on and on....seriously, someone needs to tell him to shut the fuck up. He just seems to write pages and pages of bullshit.

Choken One is useless. Just offers no purpose at all.

I have no problem with Kotz. It's nice to see that at a board dominated with Rock/Metal tastes in music that at least someone listens to the dance. He still didn't answer my question what he's into specifically though. Punk.

I never knew you asked me specifically what I liked. Sorry.

You idiot, I didn't use a Google dictionary, since there is no such thing.

Google Web Search Features: Definitions

To see a definition for a word or phrase, simply type the word "define," then a space, and then the word(s) you want defined. If Google has seen a definition for the word or phrase on the Web, it will retrieve that information and display it at the top of your search results.

example:  define World Wide Web

You can also get a list of definitions by including the special operator "define:" with no space between it and the term you want defined. For example, the search [define:World Wide Web] will show you a list of definitions for "World Wide Web" gathered from various online sources.

Well that isn't the one I used, try again.

I think there was some messup with the IM thing. I haven't received mine yet. I'm just bringing this up now so you can rectify it and let me know what awards I have won so I can write the subsequent speeches for them. Thank you.

No Fischerspooner? Ladytron? Satanik Mashups? Z-Trip? You son of a bitch!

Most Likely to Get Fired for Operating on Little Sleep Because Instead of Going to Bed He Read This Drek (He Also Wrote A Column!): anyone?

Most Called For Return to Posting: anyone? anyone? Well, I'm not actually returning...just checking in on the big topics. Although if they degrade into petty arguments with Johnson and suck like this one...I'll be sad. And leave again. And listen to Fischerspooner, Ladytron, Satanik Mashups, & Z-Trip. You son of a bitch.

(also check out the Adam Freeland bootleg remix of "Smells Like Teen Spirit"...not my style but maybe you'll like it...)

It's quite the brilliant song. I put it on a mix-CD for drinking the other night, and there wasn't one person there that didn't enjoy it. Two thumbs up. If you're a fan of overweight Arab men dancing around in various colored turbans while singing something that sounds like "chunky soup", then this is the music video for you!

Also, it will rock your socks off.

Hence, I changed any votes from alfdogg to CWM. Sorry pal. :( My bad.
