Twas The Fight Before Christmas Song!

Recommended Posts

Twas the Fight before Christmas, and all through the fed

Not a wrestler was stirring, cause they were all drunk (or dead).

The weapons were hidden in the arena with care, in the hopes to make all the fighting unfair.

Justice and Rule were snuggling in their beds, visions of chained fists dancing in their heads.

And Mark in his office, and Zenon plotting outside

Were going to make the show one hell of a ride.

When out in the ring arose such a clatter

Mark hobbled from his office to see what was the matter.

To the entrance he staggered still wearing his brace

Threw aside the curtain and pulled out some Mace

The lights from above shined down on the ring

Giving an unnatural glow to every little thing

Mark rubbed his eyes, swearing he was hallucinating

Because next to the ring was the ute of Suicide King!

Everyone's favourite heel, so cocky and smart

Slipped into the ring as quiet as a fart

With the microphone he called, and the wrestlers came

And he yelled, he shouted, he called them by name!

"Come Thomas! Come Linchpin!, come Justice and Rule!

And Wildchild! And Terrence, don't make me look the fool!

To the top of the stage! And down to the ring!

Come on down, come on down, I'm not planning anything!"

As wicked heels that before the angry faces flee,

The charge to the ring, it was something to see,

So on to the canvas, the wrestlers did climb

Within was a sack, and King ready for a good time.

And then, the sound of talking, Mark heard in the ring

The sound of wrestlers wanting their presents from King.

As he put down the Mace, and hobbled down the ramp

The Suicide King grinned at him like a rascally scamp.

He was dressed in a business suit, from his head to his toe,

And his clothes were all brand new, King still had the dough;

A sackful of toys he had in the ring,

And he looked very cheerful, like he wanted to sing.

His eyes gleamed like diamonds, the wrestlers were merry

His smile was so smarmy, like he'd popped someone's cherry!

Each little present was tied up with a bow,

And each and every one dusted with fake snow.

The wrestlers opened their gifts as Mark gritted his teeth

And glared at King like the ex-commish was a thief.

King merely chuckled, and shook Terrence's hand

As with his present, he sent Ejiro into la-la land.

Hearford was quite cheerful, he had a new chain.

And Mark laughed out loud as his face contorted with pain.

As Wildchild had kicked Judge in the nuts

And Linchpin decked Justice with his brand new brass knucks.

King said not a word, but grinned at his work

As presents were opened, and Mark called him a jerk.

He waved one hand and dropped to the floor,

And smirking at Mark, he opened the ute door;

He sprang into the seat, to the wrestlers gave a yell

As they beat on each other and remembered to sell

But Mark heard him exclaim as he reversed out of sight

"MERRY KINGMAS TO ALL, AND HAVE A GOOD FIGHT!"
