BifEverchad 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2003 Statement #1: Talent trades are good for business. BRADSHAW: True. We could trade Big Show. It would give everybody a lot more food in catering. VAL: True. Things get stale when you keep an organization exactly the same. Change is good. Even big corporations like Subway and McDonalds will change over time. In any business, change is good. Statement #2: Young Superstars are getting too much TV time. BRADSHAW: False. They get what they deserve. This is a meritocracy. Guys get what they deserve around here. I don’t care if you’re 50 or 5. VAL: False. Young talent is getting just the right amount of TV time, and they could use more, actually. People you’re trying to build up, people you are trying to make part of the foundation of this company – I think they could use a little more TV time. Statement #3: SmackDown! is a better show than RAW. BRADSHAW: True. The guys on RAW are either broke down and crippled, or got no charisma, or got no athletic ability. Basically, for most of them, the extent of their athletic ability was playing checkers in high school. (Laughs) VAL: Totally false! RAW’s simply a better show, simply because I’m on it! Statement #4: The U.S. should strive for universal health care. BRADSHAW: Hell no. Not a damn chance. It completely kills initiative if the government is picking up the tab. A perfect example is the tax rate in Canada and the U.K. We could do something to help poor-income people, but if you give a handout to everybody, there’s absolutely no initiative. VAL: Completely false. And I will fight that with every ounce of my being Statement #5: George W. Bush will win the next election. BRADSHAW: True. There is no doubt about it. There is no Democrat out there who has stuck his name out. Howard Dean looks like he is running more for Grand Wizard than for President of the U.S. The economy is coming back. Iraq is going to be taken care of. George W. is not only going to win, but win easily. Mark my words. Put it on the Internet. VAL: True. He’s done a great job with Iraq. He got rid of a dictator; that’s slowly becoming a successful endeavor for him. The economy’s starting to bubble up just in time for the election. He’s going to be ripe for re-election. -------------- Wow, this week's offering was shit. Well, its Bradshaw and Val, so what do ya expect? Anyways, have a glance and say what ya think of these two jackasses.
CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2003 I'll leave the...ahem...interesting political comments to others, but THIS: Statement #2: Young Superstars are getting too much TV time. BRADSHAW: False. They get what they deserve. This is a meritocracy. Guys get what they deserve around here. I don’t care if you’re 50 or 5. ...is utter bullshit. In fact, WWE is so much the opposite of a meritocracy that it's stunning.

Damaramu 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2003 They asked the question that young talent is getting to much TV time. I wonder if this is how the WWE is thinking?
bradolson 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2003 I agree that young talent is getting too much TV time. So get rid of Orton, Batista, Morgan, Heidenfjfdifirich, etc...

Guest Goodear Report post Posted December 16, 2003 Ever think that Smart Marks are way too fast to wish death/serious injury on someone because they don't like how they wrestle? Ever think the reason they send Bradshaw to do these military support sort of things is because he likes to do them and that there is actually nothing homosexual about any of it? Ever think that those damn kids should just give the damn Rabbit some Trix and stop being such bastards about it?
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2003 Ever think that those damn kids should just give the damn Rabbit some Trix and stop being such bastards about it? See, I have a theory about that. If the Rabbit gets to eat too many Trix, he'll turn into the all powerful, all destructive GIGA RABBIT! The world would no longer be safe for anyone alive. Hence, the kids were told NEVER to give their Trix to the Rabbit.

CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2003 Isn't Val Canadian?! Nah not anymore. Bradshaw turned him into Bradshaw v.423. Yeah, but Val is also one of those super-ultra-right-wing guys. What he said is very much in line with his stated views in the past on such matters.
Guest JMA Report post Posted December 16, 2003 I GUARANTEE that if Val said Bush wouldn't be elected he'd be turned into a jobber. And that's even assuming the WWE would put up a different opinion from its own rhetoric. And I believe Val is a Libertarian (could be wrong, though).
Guest JMA Report post Posted December 16, 2003 From a WWE poll: In the most recent edition of True or False both Bradshaw and Val Venis agree that President Bush will get reelected in the upcoming Presidential Election. Do you agree? Yes. He will get reelected. 36.54 % No. He will not. 63.45 % Total Votes: 20045
