Well, Eddie won. Too bad he might not win the WWE title at No Way Out, though, if the Goldberg/Lesnar match at Wrestlemania is still on (someone said it doesn't have to be for the WWE title, but I kind of doubt that knowing WWE).

WMXX is Goldberg's last night...It's purely for Vinces wet dream to see his "creation" kill Turner's creation at the biggest stage in the world...

No title. Vince doesnt want to cheapen his title by putting goldberg close to it...

Great Smackdown. Random notes:

--dig that "Here Comes The Plane" sign (complete w/ Tattoo) when Brock entered the ring.

--Benoit to Raw explanation was weak. Depriving the world of Benoit/Brock = teh suck.

--Knoble/Rey was awesome. Too bad they couldn't do that match at RR.

--Tag match was short, but good. I could take London/Kidman as a team.

--the "choose your number" segments were pretty good.

--Lesnar/Orlando was OK. A little too much selling by Brock for a Velocity jobber.

--Rumble was great. I wouldn't have had Rikishi in the final 3, but whatever. Kurt brushing off Holly was GOLD~! A little "hey, hey, hey, goodbye" broke out - sweet. Haas brushing off Benjamin's face after the Stinkface was a nice touch. Angle/Eddy segment was hot.

--Dawn = butterface, and I'll pass on Rue.

--Patrick Warburton also played Johnny Johnson on NewsRadio

All in all, SD smoked Raw this week.

I believe They kept Rikishi in the final three because it would force them to work together...

I personally perferred the "Don't talk to the internet" sign during the Vince/Heyman promo.

I liked this show quite a bit. They set up a couple matches for NWO and focused mainly on wrestling.

I can't be the only one who thinks that this army love is going a little overboard, can I? I mean, I respect what they do and all, but enough is enough.

Fair enough. Billy Gunn in the final 4 was unneeded, though.

Billy Gunn was also the odd man out in 2001 with a GREAT final three of Kane, Rock and Austin for some reason as well...

At least it wasn't Holly...

I still want to know how Rhyno was eliminated. Unless I missed something, Tazz and Cole didn't mention it at all.

eddy would be Regaining the title...not winning.

That doesn't make sense. How can Eddie regain a title without winning it?

I think Cena eliminated him during a break. I thought they showed Cena eliminating somebody, but then they never mentioned it again.

No that was Nunzio. I have a feeling it was Kurt who beat down Eddie in the show.

I think it was that boxer Jorge who beat Eddy up in the bathroom.

As far as who eliminated Rhyno, I rewatched it twice last night and came to the conclusion that it was never shown and never mentioned..

I'll bet someone a Wookie that Eddy wins that RR tonight.

I bet everybody Angle beat up Eddy and stole his number to set up their feud further.

 DUDE , THAT IS SO ACCURATE THAT I AM COMPLETELY BEHIND YOU IN THAT PREDICTION!!!!!!!

Well, usually whenever someone is throwing a fit because another worker got beat up backstage, it turns out the complaining worker was the one who did it.

I like how they set up the eventual Chavo vs. Rey feud... that is, if the rumours are true about Chavo going to the Cruiserweight division. And yes, it's pretty obvious that Angle is behind EDDY~!'s attack. He'll probably reveal that it was his plan all along to provoke EDDY~! to fight his nephew, if only to keep him out of the Royal Rumble proper.
