Randy didn't botch the Diamond Cutter, he simply didn't hit it because he couldn't grab Jericho.

 

But of course that supercedes the fact that he's hit in numerous times without fault, and we get at least "omfg orton suks so bad he cant hit his own finisher" post.

I only used it as an example by comparing a guy whos abrely been in wrestling for 2 years compared to a guy whos been around for 18.

 

An Orton or Batista botching a move hurts him more than a Benoit or a Guerrero. Thats my point. I frankly don't care either way about Orton/Batista, but I'm a Benoit fan, so it's obviously I'm on his side.

Does that mean Orton is a world class wrestler? Last I checked, he's never had a match with fans at the edge of their seats. He's never had a crowd actually react to him (I don't count confrontations with over people like HBK, RVD or Foley) because all he knows how to do is pose around like some fag. He can't cut a live promo right because he trips over his words so no one cares to listen to Mr. "I need to be hooked on phonics". He can't protect himself apparently as he bashed his head into a ring post a few weeks ago, being the first person in years to nearly injure himself like that.

You can chock SOME of that up to experience, but really, if Batista & Orton are going to be pushed at the level they're at they should be a lot better than they are.

For those who have a brain that remembers a few posts back, your defense to my "Batista is known to blow spots" was a combination of me being a Benoit fan, and him being more experienced, so it's his fault that it happend.

Actually, I would defend Matt Morgan and A-Train too.

 

Matt Morgan is young, has a good look and is willing to learn. He has a passion for the business. Right now he comes off as bland, but give him time to develop a character that have some relateable traits.

 

A-Train hussles quite well. Actually, he's really not that bad. For his size, especially. I don't know why he gets so much negative flak. What did he ever do to piss people off? It's not his fault that he was in Droz's shadow, T & A then X-Factor.

 

I don't see the problem with Batista either. I also don't think he should change finishers. If fucking Ahmed Johnson can get over with the "Pearl River Plunge" then Batista can get over with the "Batista Bomb."
