I dunno, I've seen about 900 different "official" line-ups for the show so far, but apparently the OFFICIAL official lineup will be on the official site next week, officially. So that's exciting, and stuff. I live about two hours away, and I'd go just for the Pixies... it's a good thing that there's a fuckload of other awesome bands playing too.
