If they are already in talks with Proof, why not just get the whole group. D-12 (Dirty Dozen, AS) would be fine, especially since they are in New York, not in Victoria, Texas.

The group is NOTHING without Eminem in terms of Mainstream appeal...So might as well get him...Eminem would likely turn it down because he's actually intelligent and knows they would hype EMINEM at WM and not D12.

Well that sucks. I don't want "Welcome To The Jungle" to be the offical theme song. I want the two old school WrestleMania theme songs or some classical piece of music (like that song used for Hogan/Sting from Starrcade 1997) to be used damnit!
