Guest Duncan Eternia Report post Posted February 28, 2004 Another Pathetic Acronym LOL!!!!!!!!! Also, someone said earlier the TBS did a SSP. Is that true or is it actually the moonsault he used to do?
Lord of The Curry 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2004 Bradshaw would tank in Japan. After all, why watch Bradshaw wrestle when Stan Hansen tapes are available in abundance?

Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Report post Posted February 28, 2004 What about Chavito Guerrero? I could see him being a force in NJPW. The John Cena love musta lowered your expectations for what a "good wrestler" is. Chavo is like white bread without any butter.
Guest Jimbo Report post Posted February 28, 2004 People say Gedo and Jado are terrible, but they are doing pretty well in NJPW...not that they need anymore people like them, but just saying
Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted February 28, 2004 u need to tell the people who aren't aware but TBS once weighed like 360 and wasn't the fat ass he is now...he also once could do a SSP. I would shit my pants if I saw Show do an SSP.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted February 28, 2004 Get Hansen to train Bradshaw in the Japanese style. I dunno, I think the APA would probably get a nice tag title run in any Japan promotion. Layfield & Simmons is a good name for them.
deancoles 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2004 RVD would be perfect for Japan, the japanese style is what RVD does best. I've seen tapes of him in All Japan, the Japanese fans didn't like his offence and in a 6 man tag Stan Hansen didn't sell anything.

clean rob 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2004 Mark Henry could never do a Shooting Star Press. Thanks. He's certainly never done one on WWE/F television, but I've heard from several sources that he was able to do one during the time he was in OVW after losing a lot of weight and really shaping up. I've seen a photo of him during that time and he certainly looked capable of one. How come you're so sure, K89?

If we were discussing whether or not RVD is a good worker, then your opposing opinion would be welcome. However, this discussion has *NOTHING* to do with RVD's work, so your "opinion" of his work is unwelcome, out of place and has just been thrown in to annoy people. Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted March 3, 2004 BionicRedneck, you are actually pretty sad to bash RVD everytime his name is mentioned in reasoned discussion Yeah, except I don't. Basically, the guy was talking crap, and I commented on it. It just happened to be RVD. If we were discussing whether or not RVD is a good worker, then your opposing opinion would be welcome. However, this discussion has *NOTHING* to do with RVD's work, so your "opinion" of his work is unwelcome, out of place and has just been thrown in to annoy people. Of course it had something to do with his work! The style he works doesn't have something to do with his work? Oh, and while I'm here, what exactly is "The Japanese Style"? I wasn't under the impression that every wrestler in Japan worked the same style.
Coffin Surfer 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2004 Uh, RVD was an All Japan, and he looked really out of place, especially when he was in the same ring with uber workers like Hansen and Kawada. Johnny Ace and the Big Bossman did better in All Japan, and unlike RVD were actually able to contribute in some great tag matches. Dan Kroffat was able to carry RVD to a decent match though. There is no such thing as "Japanese Style". Each promotion and weight class has it's own unique spin on pro style. I also hope that this comment on Ultimo Dragon was a joke: "He wrestles too Airy for Japan " since you know he was trained in the New Japan Dojo, and had that classic with Ohtani and all.
