Myself, I would go with 2. There was nothing on that show that would make you remember it, and the top 2 matches (Hogan/Bundy, Savage/Steele) were godawful. IV comes in close behind, followed by IX. The rest were either memorable (the original) or had some pretty good matches (Savage/Warrior from VII, Diesel/Michaels from XI, Austin/Hart from XIII)

IX by far is the worst Wrestlemania of ALL time. Nothing on that show is above **1/4 as far as match quality goes.......

XV by far. I have more negative star matches on that show (HIAC, Gunn/Butterbean, Sable/Torrie) than positive star matches (Shane/X-Pac, Austin/Rock). Just terrible. Everything else is a big fat DUD. Even the booking didn't make sense (Billy Gunn in the HC match?, Road Dogg in the IC Match?, Test & D'Lo teaming as #1 Contenders?).

Even Austin/Rock was only **ish (with a shitload of interference). Not near the level of their Wrestlemania XVII match or even XIX.

Tatanka/Michaels & Perfect/Luger may have been disappointing, but they are still better than anything on XV. Even Gonzales/Taker isn't as bad as Bossman/Taker. Other than HHH's heel turn nothing much happens from a storyline standpoint either. The whole Austin/Corporation thing continues until Fully Loaded.

I'm actually one of the few who love Wrestlemania IX, aside from the bullshit Hogan ending. The first two matches are easy *** at least, in my book, and Perfect/Luger is shit on WAY too much, as it's actually okayish. And hell, you've got Taker vs. Gonzalez for your Wrestlecrap needs too! Plus the Doink ending rocks. Sure, it's not the best ever, but I enjoyed it.

Worst? Wrestlemania 2 sucks. WM 15 and horrible matches aside from Rock/Austin which was an okayish brawl. WM6 doesn't have much memorable on it except for Hogan/Warrior and a nice Rocker/Orient Express match. There's a lot of bad matches at WM4, too, but it was a bold move to do, so I'll give 'em a break for it.

WM XI.

Under-card looked like shit, and I WAS A MARK THEN!

I didn't like Diesel, and HBK wasn't anything in my eyes.

BBB in main event was terrible, and I wasn't a NFL fan so L.T. meant jack shit to me.

WM IX had a good opener, good Steiners/Shrinkers, decent Luger/Perfect and Yoko/Bret matches, and OKish in Backlund/Ramon, Doink/Crush and Tag Titles. Only GG/UT is bad.

WM IX sucked....nuff said.

I order you to watch WM XV now. (Another worst WM candidate) So bad, I haven't watched it for at least 3 years.

I'm surprised no one said WM 1. If you actually think, other than historic "1st ever" none of the matches are better than "decent".

I voted WM XI. Everything, save for Diesel vs. HBK, was either bad or below average. I never really liked Bigelow vs. LT either, and it seemed like they were focusing a little too much on the celebrities. Hell, the opening video recapped CELEBRITIES that were at the past WMs.

Personally, I'd take IX over XI any day. I always marked for IX, and I still don't mind watching it much these days. XV was definitely one of the worst, but I remember loving that show and thinking it was the best WM ever as a mark. Times sure have changed.

I is quite terrible, actually I have it as my second worst. The main event and tag title matches are about the quality of Rock/Hogan and X-Pac/Shane, but a couple of the jobber matches (Steamboat/Borne & Tito/Executioner) are decent which is better than the rest of XV and nothing is as bad as Taker/Bossman or Sable/Tori. Plus it is an hour shorter which makes the crap easier to stomach.

I am rewatching them all before Mania this year and today I watched WM XV which was just a coincidence following my post in this thread. If anything, it is even worse now as Austin/Rock and X-Pac/Shane just doesn't hold up at all. They are still fun matches, but nothing I would put above ** and the crap on this show is just so bad. They also spend a lot of time just stalling with interviews and angles throughout the show. Much moreso than I or IX. It is not as brutal as King of the Ring 1999, but it is still quite a pain to get through.

I didn't think XV was all that bad, but I was and Attitude mark so there ya go. Definately not good, but I didn't think it was that bad.

Same for IX. No great matches, but I don't hate it as much as most.

XI, II and XIII were pretty god awful...XII wasn't much better either. I voted for WM 2 just because there's nothing worth watching on it at all, and the 'guest commentators' suck 'teh' big one.

Bulldogs/Dream Team is good.

Back on track, Wrestlemania III, IV (even though its boring), V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XIV, and X-7 are only WM's I generally watch now, unless I'm really bored.

I don't hate XV, since the HHH turn was one of my all-time favorites, and I always get a kick out of seeing Bart Gunn get KO'd, but most of the other stuff is shit. Having Road Dogg and Billy switch places in their respective feuds was the stupidest booking move I've ever seen, the Big Show turn never really made sense to me (could've easily been top heel), that HORRIBLE HIAC match, and while I liked Rock/Austin it doesn't really hold up.

I'll give X-8 a mention, too. I always thought Rock/Hogan was overrated, I can't comment on Austin/Hall because I *LITERALLY* fall asleep EVERYTIME I WATCH IT, Jericho/Hunter wasn't bad, but the poor booking and the dead crowd ruins it for me. The Hardcore stuff wasn't entertaining...well, other than Christian's beating Molly for the belt. That makes me laugh everytime...and people fighting over shampoo. I really hate that show.

UGh, I can barely watch the show. Flair being dominated the whole feud and then JOB CLEAN to Undertaker is the most pointless, one sided feud ever.

I can't even remember the entire card. I only watch Hogan/Rock and then turn it off.

I felt the show was bad, but most everything was short (6-7 minutes) and in the ** range, so I'd call it a watchable show.

Some of the worst WrestleMania's had watchable things, though. WM2 had Dream Team/Bulldogs, WM4 had Savage/Dibiase, WM5 had Hennig/Owen and Strike Force/Brainbusters and Hogan/Savage, WM9 had Tatanka/HBK, WM11 had Shawn/Diesel. WM15 had NOTHING good. That's why I would call it worse WM ever.

The only plus from WM XV is it was Owen Harts final WM appearance. Sadly, Debra hogged the spotlight wearing a very skimpy outfit to the ring.

WM1, WM9 or WMXV.

Why is WMVII on the poll? Savage/Warrior is Warrior's best, Harts/Nasties is decent, Martel/Jake is fun(yes I said it), Hogan/Slaughter is surprisingly good and nothing is overtly bad.

WM2 had Bulldogs/Dream Team, WM4 had Savage/DiBiase, WM11 had nothing that bad(everything was just bland) and WM13 had Hart/Austin.

WMX8 is a curiosity. I LOVE Rock/Hogan and Flair/UT is decent so I can't rate it that low. But it's horrid aside from those two.

Meh I voted WM1 since it's just terrible.

WM XV is bad, but WM IX is so much worse. After a opener that got the crowd going there was a Steiners/ Headshrinkers match.....and Doink and Crush...and Razor and Backzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

Have you watched Shrinkers/Steiners in the last few years? The match is really good. Steiners weren't shit yet, and the HS'ers are the most under-rated tag team ever.

I always marked for mostly anything between 1989-1993, so I'm a tad bit bias. The exception is The Bushwackers. Ugh, such a horrible team with horrible matches.

Wrestlemania 7 should not even be on this list.

Yeah, I went back and watched it again, and I agree now. I know a lot of people shit on it because of the angle surrounding the whole event.
