I'm not feeling the keeping it real segment. However, as I think about it, I really dug the world series of dice bit from last week. I'd probably put it in top five favorites.

Yeah, wasn't feeling it tonight. Just seemed kind of off. The I know Black People bit was a decent idea, but it was too long and couldn't carry the show.

I liked the Keeping it Real bit, at least a few of the one-liners. The game show segment fell kinda flat, but had a couple laughs in it.

The I know Black People bit was a decent idea, but it was too long and couldn't carry the show.

It really lagged in the second half. Brilliant idea, though.

My favorite parts of the I Know Black People was the old white college professor and the writer singing the Good Times theme song. There were like three Good Times questions. That cracked me up more than anything.

 

If I heard the ad right at the end of the show they're going to have a mini-marathon this coming Saturday night of the first eight shows of this season.

 

I also don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I picked up the first season DVD from Wal-Mart for under twenty bucks. It was a great buy.

Probably, but the people I heard supporting it were by and large the same people who thought Three's Company was fresh and hilarious for it's entire run, so I'm sure you can sympathize.

 

And just as a note, when I first started watching Three's Company in re-runs, the first four episodes I saw followed that god damn "whacky misunderstanding" formula, and has caused me to hate it ever since.
