haVoc 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2004 First off, Tesla is a rock band. They should have never been put in with all those hair and glam bands. I been listening to the local rock station here most of the day to catch Aerosmith's new blues/rock song "Baby, Please Don't Go" (which is pretty fuckin' awesome) and I hear them announce Tesla's "Caught in a dream." Except for the classic rock station, I haven't heard Tesla on the radio in almost a decade. Last I heard these guys were playing fairs. Did these guys get a new record deal? Are they re-packaged with a new image or is the song that good to sneak onto the charts? I only heard the song twice so I'm undesided. What do you guys think of it? King Kamala 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2004 I've only heard it on the classic rock station (Where with all respect to Tesla, they play it a lot) but man is that one shit song. I could see it being played on a top 40 or one of those stations that play "The best of the 80's, 90's and today".

jimmy no nose 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2004 The new CD is actually pretty good. The early numbers I saw had it debuting in the top 20.
B. Brian Brunzell 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2004 I heard the new track, and I must say, Jeff Keith still sounds damn good. He's always been a very under-rated voaclist, in my humble opinion.
King Kamala 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2004 Tesla actually played in 20,000 seat ampitheatres on one of their last tours albeit only 5,000-6,000 people showed up a night and it was a package tour with Vince Neil, Jackyl and a few other washed up hairbands.
