Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 16, 2004 Nah, seriously though, it was a weird but a nice blend of the American Badass with his classic Phenom mannerisms. But they did not tease a blend of the Biker and the Deadman, they teased the deadman. Kane wasn't rained on and then run over by the Hell's Angels, he was rained on. He did the thumb across the throat gesture as well to signal the Tombstone. Which somehow isn't what he was doing everytime he hit the Tombstone as a Biker? Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2004 Which somehow isn't what he was doing everytime he hit the Tombstone as a Biker? Actually, I believe for Bikertaker, the Tombstone signal was having the guy over his shoulder and making a thumbs down with his hands before placing them in position for the drop
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 16, 2004 That was the signal once he had him upside down.

Kizzo 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2004 To be honest I wasn't surprise by the look of Undertaker @ Wrestlemania XX....He was buried as the biker Undertaker....it makes sense for him to return as the biker....but if he's going to rise once again he has to have some of the old Undertaker back as well, with a mix of his current look...and thats what happen @ Wrestlemania XX....the past was mixed with the present. For the teasing part that was just a reminder of what he once was, and when he returns...to quote the theme of Mania XX "Where it all begins..AGAIN"

But then how the hell did his hair grow an inch and a half? That wasn't a bikerTaker attribute.

Maybe the rain was something leaking from a bike? -=Mike ...Not happy about "Old school UT" whatsoever
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2004 It makes sense to return him as the biker when you're promoting him as the old school 'supernatural' version? It was a jip. I personally don't care that he didn't come back as the true deadman - hell, I liked Underfedor a buhzillion times better than any other incarnation of Mark Calloway - but they didn't deliver what they were promoting for months. Kizzo 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2004 I knew there was going to be a twist...since the creative team is mostly former Hollywood writers then a "Hollywood" one...

FroGG_NeaL 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2004 I loved it. He had the eyes rolling back in his head, the tongue, the sit up, the tombstone, the druids, Paul motherfuckin' Bearer... I was more focused on how he performed rather than the fact that he wore leather, which had the Taker symbol on the leg, and I was immpressed. I honestly don't think I've ever seen the Taker look so good. He was trim and fit, he moved fluidly, he was quick, he didn't stall... it was like watching one of his matches in a low setting of fast forward. Say what you want about what he wore, but dude brought his fuckin' A game, and that over shadows all in my eyes. F~N
