I've always loved Austin's older promos, especially during his feud with Bret. The "what" crap is just plain annoying though.

And before he became a parody of himself, Vince was quite good on the stick.

Well, Hogan's promos durring the 80s had his saying that he would flood the trump towers and that he will save Trump if he sees Hulkamania as his lord and Savior. And his nWo days promos were 45 mins with nothing being said.

I wanted to edited out Bret and put in Billy Graham but I couldn't which sucks.

Pillman was good from about his ECW days up until the Hart Foundation days but his whole career, he was like Jeff Hardy on the mic.

Raven had that whiney promo thing that just annoyed me.

Bret Hart good promos just his WCW ones were stuck in a semi gimmick that just sucked. Good thing he dropped that by about mid 98 and just had crappy matches with the shit WCW through at him, plus his injuries didn't help.

He was great on the mic back in the Hollywood Blondes days and he MADE the 95/early 96 version of the Horsemen IMO. Pillman was awesome on the mic, and his Loose Cannon stuff alone should be enough to warrant a mention on this list. He was easily better than Bret or Shawn.

OTHER: Jake "The Snake" Roberts!

That's who I was looking for when I entered this as well.

He's easily miles ahead of HBK and Bret Hart.

However, since he's not there, I voted for Foley.

I think the fact that Foley has made me feel EVERY emotion possible over his career (just in interviews) makes him tops to me.

I still say ... "Cane Dewey" is one of the craziest things I've ever seen and just made me see Foley as a genius after watching it.

Yeah, I went with Foley.

And Angle and Austin still did give some great promos with those gimmicks.

Why is Shawn on this list?

Everyone else there has given a MONEY PROMO Before

The only really famous promo he ever gave was "I lost my Smile" promo and that was only because of the circumstances.

Some might argue the DX skits were "Money" but i call those COMEDY skits...not money promos.

Even Bret who wasn't a great promoer has a good handful of Money Promos...mostly during the Owen Angle and 1997 and of course the Goldberg promo.

The best two aren't even on the list. Jake Roberts and Raven.

Other than that, 1997 Heel HBK and Heel Foley (tie)
