MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 Wake Forest is on their way to winning up 4 with 11 seconds left.
AlwaysPissedOff Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 Only got the Florida game wrong so far(FUCK YOU, BILLY DONOVAN!), so I'm good to go. Oh yeah... ROOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLL TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDDDEEEE!!!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 Looking at the box score of the Syracuse game, McNamara has 8 3's and 36 points. Ugh. Syracuse is still up only 69-66. Wake Forest Wins 79-78
MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 Maryland is gonna have a hard time defending McNamara. They have a hard time defending guys that shoot 3s a lot.
Guest Choken One Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 Pretty Shitty day for me...I've lost one game already('Bama/So. Ill)...Winner of the rest.
Guest Choken One Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 So...6-1 for me so far...hell I'll go ahead and count Stanford and say I'm 7-1. Looks Like I'm in good shape for defending my title.
Chuck Woolery Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 So I guess right on Nevada and Manhattan and still have missed two picks. God damn it.
HarleyQuinn Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 So I'm now 10-2 which is pretty damn good.
tpww7 Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 I'm ranked 126,097 on ESPN with 10-2..whooo.
SpikeFayeJettEdBebop Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Im just ahppy as hell my team won(Maryland) and I spent about half of the school day watching the game with my teachers, as they wanted to watch it, so we just kinda stopped classes and directed our attention towards the game. Good day for me.
Guest Redhawk Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Here's an exchange from the BYU-Syracuse game: Announcer #1: "McNamara has 33 points, two away from his career high." Billy Packer: "And that's four away from the all-time BYU record, set by Danny Ainge against Wake Forest." WTF?
Bored Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Have to wonder if Lute Olsen is starting to lose it as Arizona sees their incredibly dissapointing season end already. That team had as much talent as anyone in the country but Lute could never get them to play together this year. Dayton/DePaul going to double overtime.
Guest Redhawk Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Arizona's pretty young. They should return to their usual selves so long as some of their stars don't go into the draft early.
ant_7000 Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Depaul squeaked it out, Andre Brown choked at the line, he missed all of his 10 free throws. It'll be an intresting matchup against UConn since Depaul head coach use to be a assistant at UConn.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 I missed 4. Southern gets a pass, but let me send out a big Fuck You to Arizona, Central Michigan and Florida. and watching that Depaul game was like being raped by forks. It was like when a game of horse takes 3 hours because no one can make a shot and guys have to start taking like layups.
Vern Gagne Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Have to wonder if Lute Olsen is starting to lose it as Arizona sees their incredibly dissapointing season end already. That team had as much talent as anyone in the country but Lute could never get them to play together this year. Dayton/DePaul going to double overtime. Thank you. Someone else finally questions the job Olsen did this year. Arizona was a young team, but so is Maryland. Why is it so wrong to question if a coach didn't do that great a job?
HarleyQuinn Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 13 of 16, damn Manhattan, Nevada and Seton Hall.

Cause this is the first time he HASN'T done a good job with a young bunch.
Gert T Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 And watching that Depaul game was like being raped by forks. It was like when a game of horse takes 3 hours because no one can make a shot and guys have to start taking like layups. That's funny, I am a diehard UD fan and cannot question that statement. I was at my friend's house watching the game last night, and he had a great observation going into the second OT: "This would be one of the greatest tournament games ever if BOTH teams weren't playing so shitty." UConn had to be salivating last night.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Last place after day 1. Woo!!! not quite.. You're tied for last place with me.
Guest Choken One Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Can't believe MOLE is beating me...I feel dirty. I can't relinquish my title to him.
razazteca Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 My upset special will win it for me on Day 2.
tpww7 Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 Here we go again..first game for me is Utah/BC, I have a Utah upset.
CanadianChris Posted March 19, 2004 Report Posted March 19, 2004 What kind of crappy-ass timing is this? All the games are at halftime. There should be a game going ALL THE TIME!!!
