BoboBrazil Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 --On next week's TNA, the show will be built around a tournament for the NWA tag titles with Shane Douglas & Michael Shane, Glenn Gilberti & David Young, 3 Live Kru, Slash & Sinn, The Naturals, Johnny Swinger & Kid Kash, Simon Diamond & Sonny Siaki and a mystery team, which at this point is not planned to be AMW. --Chris Sabin was announced as being injured with ligament damage from last week. He's being checked this week to find out the extent of the damage so right now everything is up in the air. The worst case scenario believed at this point is he'll be getting scoped, so he'd be out maybe two months. --They will be bringing back Team AAA for another X Cup that will be taped over the next two weeks and air on 4/7. The plan right now is for a Team Japan, but with six days left, there is no confirmation of what Team Japan will consist of. There is not even confirmation of the promotion as All Japan, NOAH and Toryumon have all been talked about. wrestlingobserver.com What if the mystery team is Hall and Nash?? p.s. King Cucaracha Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 Toryumon is more adapt at the Americanised wrestling style, seeing as Ultimo brought over aspects of WCW with him when setting it up. i.e, it's more storyline based than other Japanese wrestling promotions. That may be a factoring decision. And does anyone else think that saying the mystery team is 'not at this point planned to be AMW' means it really will be AMW?

Yes. But...I can see why it wouldn't be. It's a good idea for them to leave AMW out of the tag division for a while...

It probably won't be Hall and Nash as they cost too much and they would probably hype them up coming in. Maybe XXX reforms on the show and gets a slot(which is actually best now that I think about it).

Back to topic, Sonjay Dutt NEEDS to be ditched. He's the worst of the bunch in Team NWA, and he just drags matches down. Daniels = Leagues better than Dutt.
