HAHA! Rapists! They all suck. Bye Bye Ric Flair, go join Scott Hall & Dustin Rhodes holding "Will Job For Food" signs.

No wants wants to see rapists on their T.V. show. Watch out Lillian Garcia, Ric Flair likes to touch.

Funny. It says that Flair exposed himself, while others, including Hall and Runnels, groped. And, either way, that's not rape. So, not only does your reading comprehension absolutely SUCK, you're also completely clueless as to various forms of sexual harassment.

You obviously didnt get the fucking point. I was mocking the jumping to conclussions people did to Austin, to show them they sounded without any clear cut evidence anything really happend.

OK, now we know this is a bullshit lawsuit 100% guranteed.

Still, Ric Flair is so hilarious in a drunken state. It's hard to stay mad at him.

I thought it'd be good to wait and see this entire situation play out but I have to say this right now:

Why on earth are you letting Flair off the hook because "it's hard to stay mad at him" yet page after page in the Austin thread was you criticizing people for being biased against him?

Bias is bias, no matter if it's towards or against someone.

I am mildly sickened that Flair fanboyism is causing people to play Blame the Victims.

I'm find this lawsuit as a joke because it's bs that they waited so long because they feared for their jobs. If their scared why the hell are they so comfortable now? What happen with the drunken people are wrong but still it's complete bullshit that it took so long and now they feel so damn comfortable now.

It is bullshit if they did indeed wait this long to take the case to court - unless it actually took this long, which is highly doubtful.

And Mulatto, "towards" and "against" are the same thing.

Do you realize that the best time to file this lawsuit in order to maximize the possible benefits from it would have been right after the flight, when all three of the accused were WWE employees?

Didn't think so.

Yes, I think that everybody knows that.

I don't think everyone realizes that though.

I mean, there IS the possibility that these women are full of it and are just seeking out a quick buck, but why now and not before, then? Cases like these are hard to break away from "he said/she said" when so much time has passed, all the witnesses are two years older and may not recall important details to the fullest extent, and one witness is dead. Again, if these women were smart, not scared, and only out to screw celebrities over then bringing up something from two years ago makes little sense to me.

At any rate, I certainly don't agree with the "Oh it's just RIC FLAIR being such a crazy lovable old coot that he is - hahahaha he showed his wang wearing his robe and went WOO" mentality. Then again, I often scratch my head wondering how and why wrestling fans find certain things to be funny.

You're right, I don't find indecent exposure by a wrestler to a flight attendant funny at all. It is indecent.

I don't think that anybody here will ever know exactly what went on on the "Plane Trip/Flight/Ride From Hell". Of course the possibility is there that they're seeking a quick buck two years later. But the possibility is also there of them deciding to sue now, for some some reason, or the case taking two years to go to court.

In whatever aspect, I'm glad that I'm not in Ric Flair's shoes right now.

Flair did more than flash:

"Defendant Flair grabbed Plaintiff Doyle's hand and placed it on his crotch"

From the filings, at http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0331042wwe6.html

He's not an innocent old man, and he shouldn't get off easy just because he's a fan favorite or a legendary wrestler. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

I love it how most are throwing out that whole "innocent until PROVEN guilty" philosophy

One possible reason why the plaintiffs took so long to bring up this suit is they may have been trying to negotiate with WWE over the last two years. It is possible that they decided to bring this suit up now because the plaintiffs and WWE could not reach a settlement agreement. I suspect that is why the suit is coming forth now after two years.

How the fuck did this get omitted from the whole plane ride from Hell? It seemed like we had pretty detailed accounts of most everyone else who got in trouble.

There have been accusations over the past two years that Dave Meltzer intentionally killed the part of the story that made Flair look bad, as Meltzer is a big Flair fan and Flair is one of the guys he's in with.

The parts of this story that AREN'T making sense have already been brought up, as in why no one brought up Scott Hall's actions before. Not that they seem out of line with what he's done before, but no one had anything bad to say about him on the flight compared to Hayes, Goldust, Flair, Lesnar, Hennig, etc.

Then again, part of why this WASN'T made public could have been that the WWE used this as a reason to fire Hall but didn't want to discuss it for obvious legal concerns.

Didn't other people report the plane ride?

As a rule, Meltzer is usually considered the best of the three main sources. 1Bob and Keller fight over who gets the #2 spot.

Considering that Meltzer's sources tend to be better and several of Bob and Keller's known sources *cough X-Pac cough* were heavily involved with separate incidents, it's understandable that some incidents on the flight could be under-reported for various reasons and no one would think anything of it.

Hell... there was so much stuff going on during that flight that anything could have been covered up. Between the Hennig-Lesnar fight, Goldust getting drunk and commendeering the PA to sing to Terri, the Michael Hayes-Bradshaw-Xpac business, etc., it wasn't like someone was going to say "OK, there's got to be more to this.

Aha! So Flair DID force someone t grope him. Wouldn't that be considered unvoluntary sexual actions?

So I was right in my mock post on Page 1.

Still, someone should've said something earlier than 2 years later, which makes it a bit harder to believe.

Has X-Pac been known to be one of 1Bob's and Keller's inside sources?

And when will Brock kill him?

X-Pac may not be OFFICIALLY named as a source for Keller at least but it was fairly obvious at one point, as Keller seemed to know whenever X-Pac went to the can.

Silly marks. They think Flair owned Raw.

From page 3, line 13:

"In or about 2002, Defendant WWE created two seperate entities, Raw And Smackdown. Upon information and belief, Defendant Flair has an ownership in Raw and in Defendant WWE."

Hilarious.
