Murmuring Beast Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 Can't be bothered with pictures. Tom Verlaine: Dreamtime The Kinks: Face To Face Television: Television I almost got through Fun House by The Stooges but it has major flaws. The title track (as is 'Dirt') is far too long and 'L.A.' Blues is unlistenable. I like Iggy's grunting though and 'Down On The Street' And 'Loose' are really fab even though the latter is a hysterical Stones rip-off.

PLAGIARISM! Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 You heard the Nouvelle Vague version of 'Marian'? Worth a download.
Zorin Industries Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 That was fantastic, thanks for that mate. Put it on my myspace page.
PLAGIARISM! Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 There's an album of punk/post-punk covers by that band, most are pretty good, with the versions of 'Making Plans For Nigel' and Killing Joke's 'Pssyche' being the best, I reckon.
