Well, Marney got 142 so 140 can't be the max. I took a guess at the jumbled up letters cause I couldn't be bothered with it (stupid, I know) and I was stumped by the last odd-shape-out (which was it and why, btw?) but those are the only ones I can think that I got wrong for a 133.

 

Maybe it's timed and that's a factor in the overall score? I know the psychometric tests for the British Foreign Office are timed.

You had reverse the shapes the same way, then look at the way the colours were reversed in the first pair and reverse the colors in the second the same way.
