Seeing it in the episode list, and having heard of the movie outside MST but never seeing the MST ep... How was the MST-ep of Village of the Giants? Just wondering. It has Beau Bridges, and a loving tribute to Frank Zappa. That's all I remember.

"And their MPH knots are going down!" ------------------------------------- *guy comes out of nowhere and wallops Nick* "You didn't count on the assisstant janitor!" Regarding Village of the Giants, yeah, it's a pretty forgettable episode. Ron Howard's in it and there's way too many jokes (most of 'em pretty unfunny) made at his expense. Slayer 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2006 Yes, there's several incidences of Tom and Mike making fun of Willow, while Crow emphasizes that he liked the movie. The one line that ended the bit (I think) was pretty funny though Crow: "I liked Willow!" Mike: "Really.. Kevin Pollack? You liked that?" Crow: "Point taken." ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2006 Eh, sometimes forgetable episodes are fun to. Like Season 7's "The Incredible Melting Man"...with host segments parodying the Hollywood scene as trauma treatment for doing the MST movie.
Slayer 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2006 None of the Season 7 eps are forgettable. Those six eps are some of their best work, period.

KingPK 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2006 Anyone ever check out the Ward E section of Satellite News? Well, here is indisputable proof that, yes, I am indeed a complete dork. That's right, I actually took the time to transcribe an entire host segment from the Agent for H.A.R.M. episode a couple years ago and sent it in. You may commence the mocking............now.
