What does "Skit Skit Skit" mean?

After watching Chappelle's Show a few weeks back I was flustered. I realized that I am white and don't know what "Skit Skit Skit" means.

 

So I asked my black friends and they generally agreed that it meant "step off".

 

So I was like ok, cool.

 

Then I start seeing it being referred to as ejaculation. That would make sense with the lyric being "females crawl to all skit skit skit".
