It's way better than I thought it would ever be. If you like action/adventure games and you like Transformers, you can't miss this game.
Guest Ram Posted May 8, 2004 Report Posted May 8, 2004 It's freakin' awesome, but also insanely tough. Controls are kind of strange, but you get used to it. Really seems a lot like those of Super Mario Sunshine for whatever reason (control your camera angle). It's tons of fun though.

You can play as Optimus, Hot Shot (who's actually a lot of fun to play), or Red Alert (who's kind of there, at least he's got good defense though).

My buddy rented it and although he hasn't gotten to play it too much, says it is pretty cool what he has done. I just picked up four new games over the past week though (Red Dead Revolver, Van Helsing, Shrek 2 and the new Scooby Doo (okay, I'm a sucker for kids games...)) so I won't grab this right away. I have been thinking about doing the Blockbuster game pass next week though, in which case this will probably be one of the first ones I grab.

Guest SpiderFan Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 I picked this up the other day, and I'm loving it. As Ram said, the controls are a little weird at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly. They remind me alot of Max Payne's controls.
