I entered the second grade in 1986.

I believe that's the year I mastered wiping my own ass

"Call Me" by Blondie was #1 in America. Well, now I feel just a tad cooler.

I know a guy with that exact same birthday. Weird. He's in jail, though.

13th June, 1982-Awesome, in the UK it was "Goody Two Shoes" by Adam Ant, much better than the US one ("Ebony And Ivory" by McCartney and Stevie Wonder).

Same as me, but I've never heard of The Specials. Care to fill me in please?

The Specials are the greatest ska band the UK has ever produced, stars of the legendary 2-Tone record label and are the only decent band that Coventry has ever produced. Thier most notable works were "Too Much, Too Young", "A Message To You, Rudy" and the afore mentioned classic "Ghost Town". Terry Hall went on to join Fun Boy Three, best known for their collaboration with Bananarama on "(Ain't What You Do) It's The Way That You Do It" and Jerry Dammers tried to buy the house of one of my friends, a fact he's always happy to relate.
