TheBigSwigg Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 No the shirt is part of JR's new gimmick. He will now be acting like Mark Madden and I can't wait. Here it was I thought JR couldn't get any worse
Guest El Satanico Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 Mark Madden owns us all and don't you forget that.
EdwardKnoxII Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 The Eddie Guerrero special on UPN last night did a 1.6 overnight rating. Credit: PWInsider.com
Jericholic82 Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 well everyone (ncluding me) was watching Idol last night so that counts for a low rating (though I doubt it'd be much higher) but I did tape and watch it later on. It was quite good, and if it had another half-hour would've been complete. Lots of intersting stories that we haven't heard from eddie yet on. like his ods, car accident, and the fact that he had a baby with someone else while he was seperated from his wife. I'm shocked wwe would let this be shown since it had chavo sr and jr talking and yknow how wwe hates kayfabe being broken lol just kidding. I'm sure this will be the main program on the Eddie dvd (damn and here I thought it would be only matches like Flairs). man you could do a history of Eddy's mullet from watching this. anybody got a video capture card? lol and wow Art Barr's frog splash did actually look like a Frog jumping. Too bad he had to go and kill himself so young with drugs. and after watching this, I sincerely hopes Eddy stays away from drugs and alcohol, cuz if he goes on another bender, we may never see him again. anyways kudos to wwe for a good special and to Eddy for overcoming all this to become the champ (and have to feud with bradshaw but that's besides the point) nice to see they edited Goldberg out of the no way out clips.
Spaceman Spiff Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 You watched American Idol over the Eddie special? Hell, you watched American Idol over anything else that was on TV last night? ::shakes head::

Guest Trivia247 Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 I wish they could replay it I missed it the first time
MarvinisaLunatic Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 I wish it would have been on SpikeTV since I dont get UPN.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 Wrestler biographies really aren't that interesting, considering most fans either already knew about his life, or don't care, which makes me wonder how WWE think it would get a huge rating. At least it did better than Velocity & Experience combined.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 it was against the finale of American Idol. That's not a bad rating at all.
Guest TigerDriver91 Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 If you use Sledgehammer Forum, you can download the Eddie Guerrero special in its entirety.
Guest Cheech Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 This was an awesome show. I knew the story for the most part, but it was put together really well with lots of great footage.
DrVenkman PhD Posted May 28, 2004 Report Posted May 28, 2004 Good show, I'm hoping it will be an extra on Eddie's DVD disc like the Mania special was for the WM XX one. I actually think the TV special is the DVD, and the extras would be the matches, similar to Austin's. Actually, similar to every Superstar DVD EVER that wasn't the Ric Flair Collection. Or Mick Foley's Greatest Hits and Misses.
