Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 I'm proud to say I haven't smoked a cigarette in 8 months....AND I NEED ONE! How does that work?
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 What's a hookah A prostitute from Boston.
DCMaximo Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 Yesterday was the three-year anniversary of my last cigarette and I can honestly say that I don't miss them whatsoever. Hey, having an extra £20+ per week to spend on things which don't affect my lung capacity seems like a good idea to me.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 You're addicted when you stop getting headspins. You're off them after that first few days-week, depending on the person. Not that I've actually quit for that long, so I wouldn't know...
The Czech Republic Posted June 20, 2004 Report Posted June 20, 2004 http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...dpost&p=1471317 There's another reason to quit smoking, I can run further than you. Smoking is terrible for your lung capacity and cardiovascular strength, meaning low endurance. But for me, it's my legs that are telling me "Aw screw you, I liked you better when you didn't do anything" and preventing me from going on and not my lungs.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 20, 2004 Report Posted June 20, 2004 I'm proud to say I haven't smoked a cigarette in 8 months....AND I NEED ONE! How does that work? In my case, I left like 3 or 4 left from a pack, and put them in my closet. Whenever I see them, I just pass because I know if I smoke them I'll buy another pack. Same goes for beer. Just leave one in the fridge and huzzah. Haven't had a beer for a few months now.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Posted June 20, 2004 Report Posted June 20, 2004 Nice strategy, but why are you holding out on beer?
