Guest gearhead Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 How unfortunate for the WWE , with three of its biggest heels gone from the ring, the World Wrestling Entertainment Brand , Smackdown, has lost for nine months one of the rising stars. We are talking about Mordecai, who during an intensive training torn his right leg quad (similar to last HHH Injury) which put him out of action. From Uknown Source What else could happen to Smackdown huh?
Guest JacK Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Oh damn, that kind of sucks, depending on your attitude. I didn't mind the guy, it seemed interesting. However, at the early stage of character development all this means is they'll bring in someone else to squash the cruiserweights I guess. I wonder if they'll drop the character when he comes back though? Or will they persevere.
Mystery Eskimo Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Poor Fertig. I guess Kenzo Susuki will get his spot *shudders*
Guest croweater Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Poor guy, Finally gets his chance to run in the big leagues and this happens. WHY COULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN BRADSHAW.
tpww7 Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Maybe its just me...but I dont see this on the Torch;'s website..
Guest JacK Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Now that I look at it the grammer and punctuation is terrible.
Guest NateRizzle Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Damn it... if this is fake... damn you. You got me excited.
Guest Real F'n Show Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Mordecai damns you to hell for lying!
Only The Strong Survive Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 No way, that's bogus... look at the way it's written. It looks like a third grader wrote it, or better yet, it looks like gearhead himself wrote it. I don't believe it.
Youth N Asia Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Mordecai will now start a holy war against those who start rumors about him online. Sinners at your computers... Telling lies... Correct your grammer... For the day of reckoning is upon you... Hear me! Fear Me!
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 gearhead continues to prove how stupid he is. (for examples, check Hardcore Dicussion of him spamming) And unknown source = fake. At least on Aprils fools day I made up Storm being fired and put a "source", not "I dont know who".
The Czech Republic Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Is knowingly reporting illegitimate news a bannable offense?
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Is knowingly reporting illegitimate news a bannable offense? No, it just makes the person even more hated...unless you flood the board with fake news/nonsense topics.
Downhome Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Isn't "Unknown Source" the same guy that predicted the ladder match for the last 3-way?
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 I thought the Uknown sauce predicted a ladder match at Judgment Day between Edeie & Btadchaw.
DerangedHermit Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 How unfortunate for the WWE , with three of its biggest heels gone from the ring, the World Wrestling Entertainment Brand , Smackdown, has lost for nine months one of the rising stars. We are talking about Mordecai, who during an intensive training torn his right leg quad (similar to last HHH Injury) which put him out of action. From Uknown Source What else could happen to Smackdown huh? You know, if you're going to make fake news, you might as fucking well have a grasp of proper grammar! I've seen AIM logs between 2 star-struck 12-year-old girls that make more sense than what you've just posted.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 ...And the Gang War action has spilled into the WWE Folder. I nominate this thread be closed because a.) It's fake news. b.) It's turning into a let's mock the grammar and stupidity of the topic starter. c.) It's been off topic since one of the first posts.
Guest Dazed Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 (edited) Let's give it a chance to be shown as real, first. But Gearhead must have gotten it from somewhere, so he best cite that source. Edited June 13, 2004 by nikjohns
Boner Kawanger Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 We've been doing A and B for years, Mo1K+4M. It is not related to the Gang Wars. As for Mordy, I Googled "Mordecai injured" and got this: http://forums.enewszone.com/showthread.php...7195#post267195 If that forum doesn't look like a reliable place for news, I don't know what does.
Guest Loss Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 How unfortunate for the WWE , with three of its biggest heels gone from the ring, the World Wrestling Entertainment Brand , Smackdown, has lost for nine months one of the rising stars. We are talking about Mordecai, who during an intensive training torn his right leg quad (similar to last HHH Injury) which put him out of action. From Uknown Source What else could happen to Smackdown huh? That HAS to be the most poorly worded story I've ever seen. No wonder the source is unknown.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Wrong...it's UKnown. Damn the United Kingdom for their poor grammar skills.
Guest D'Lo White Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 He originally had the source being Torch Pro Wrestling. I myself won't believe it to I see it on Observed Wrestling.
King Cucaracha Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Anyone else find it funny that BBCW Mark 1 is insulting gearhead over this, when he did the exact same thing himself over the Storm stuff. People in glasshouses shouldn't throw stones and people of your intelligence shouldn't be allowed anywhere near something as dangerous as glass as it is. You're both as bad as each other right now.
The Mandarin Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 I've seen AIM logs between 2 star-struck 12-year-old girls that make more sense than what you've just posted. I can vouch for that, I was pretending to be one of those twelve-year old girls!
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Mine was an April Fools thread. Big difference. My only slip up is reffering to Raw as "Raw is War" still.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 I was just talking to Thumbtack on AIM about how if you look back at the first page of HardCore Discussion its all wrestling related. He then pointed out how if a wrestling thread is in there now it gets crucified. I await Schwimcandenza's thoughts on the possible injury of the wrestler that looks like Poseidon
