That's true but who else can they put in against Benoit? Michaels is out, Kane will probably have to wrestle Hardy someday and Michaels most likely at Summerslam. They look like they've dropped the Edge program so the only reasonable person left is Jericho.

"it's not 2002 anymore so stop giving him shit" Heel Triple H would be great. What a terrible upper card. Shelton is pretty good, but not ready to continue with Orton, who has been put over way too many talents to drop the belt to him. So do a comedic tag, with a little workrate. Eugene and Shelton are pretty exciting. Limit Flair's ringwork and let the Benjamin/Orton feud end with Benjamin "going over" Orton in the match, but not for the belt. Thus, Shelton gets elevated and Orton keeps his gold and heat. Just such AWFUL booking. As for the tag title match...there are two teams on Raw. Not my fault. Lita Vs. Trish. Well, the best the Women's Division can offer right now. Victoria's heat and ring-work are both GONE. Gail Kim still sucks, but has a couple rest...I mean...submission holds now. Lita is still sloppy but somewhat decent, as much as she works well with Trish. Raw is in a bad situation right now. They've got an uppercard that can WORK MATCHES. Benoit, Jericho, Edge, Orton, Benjamin, Triple H. But they've also got to be careful about putting certain combinations of these people together on a "throwaway" PPV show before the big SummerSlam show. So come up with something better, Bitter Barry.

Batista Eugene v. Flair Hardy v. Kane La Resistance v. The Super Friends Trish v. Victoria Of course that could ALL change after RAW tommorow night, the HHH v. Eugene match and the use of Kane, Jericho and Edge should give us a solid idea what direction they're going in. Personally, I think they're unwilling to pull the tigger on an Edge/Jericho title shot and don't have the confidence to run Kane/Benoit again without a stronger co-main (nothing is stronger than HIAC at this point), and I think they will go the safe route with HHH challenging. HHH/Benoit will still be the main at SummerSlam but probably with a gimmick (iron man? ladder? 2/3 falls?), and I can honestly see HHH winning at Vengeance and defending against Benoit at SummerSlam.
