Lightning Flik Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Guys. Westbrook was my MVP from last season. I made it my vow that if I can take him, I'm taking him.
razazteca Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Since CBS is showing football now I am inspired to pick some players Donovan F. McNabb to Terrell Owens for the double points!
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 fuck preseason football, watch trampoline gymnastics on NBC. It rules.
Lightning Flik Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Hm... This is quite an interesting draft. I'm liking it so far.
LaParkaMarka Posted August 21, 2004 Author Report Posted August 21, 2004 If anyone else wants to chat on yahoo, me and raz are there. Just post your yahoo name and we'll invite you in.

razazteca Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Mexico should do good in the trampline since its all about the flippy floppy. If all things go well I shall do a swerve for my 4 5 picks
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 these chicks keep flying off the trampoline because they jump so damn high. Awesome. does anyone else think this is the best fantasy draft we've had (so far)?
Lightning Flik Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Absolutely. This draft has made more sense than any others previous.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Why would you minus 3 points for a missed 18 yard field goal but minus *5* points for a missed 52 yarder?
Cuban Linx Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 The pre-ranking and auto-drafting is pretty awful, just at a glance it's drafted primetime 4 QB's so far, and drafted Rich F'n Gannon ahead of Tom Brady and Steve McNair.
LaParkaMarka Posted August 21, 2004 Author Report Posted August 21, 2004 Why would you minus 3 points for a missed 18 yard field goal but minus *5* points for a missed 52 yarder? This league doesn't have that at all. You get more points for hitting longer field goals, and no penalties for missing any longer than 30 yards.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 if I had to guess I'd say these rankings are actually from last year.
LaParkaMarka Posted August 21, 2004 Author Report Posted August 21, 2004 At least Ricky Williams isn't too high.
razazteca Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Whats the deal with starting 2 QBs? And when will the Free Agency be unfrozen? Who wants to make some trades? Why did I draft 3 kickers and no backup QB? I knew I should of stayed in the draft longer....
LaParkaMarka Posted August 21, 2004 Author Report Posted August 21, 2004 Whats the deal with starting 2 QBs? And when will the Free Agency be unfrozen? We start one QB, not two. Free Agency has been unfrozen. Pick up players to your heart's content.
razazteca Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 Okl I just dumped 4 players for some backups. I could not resist picking up Eli Manning and Ron Danye or the TE that nobody respects just because he plays for the Cardinals in Freddie Jones. When will the schedule be made for the league?
Guest El Satanico Posted August 25, 2004 Report Posted August 25, 2004 I'm doing a Yahoo league and had a question, so I figured this was just as good as any place to ask. Yahoo's default time is Pacific, but my league is on Eastern time. I want my draft to begin at 7:15 PM Eastern Time, so do I need to tell Yahoo to begin it at 4:15 Pacific Time? I wasn't sure if I had to take the time zone into consideration.
LaParkaMarka Posted September 9, 2004 Author Report Posted September 9, 2004 For everyone in the non-yahoo keeper league, remember that you have you activate your rosters sometime today, otherwise you'll have no starters going into week one.
razazteca Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 Will the league die before it can even start?
LaParkaMarka Posted September 9, 2004 Author Report Posted September 9, 2004 Who is Cena's Writer in the crossover league? I like how you're active and trying to make trades and whatnot, but you sort of joined after the draft. I'd need to completely redo the schedules if you want in. Is everyone else cool with him joining?
Brett Favre Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 Oh yeah, I was bored and decided to join if that's cool.
razazteca Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 I noticed that there are 2 non active teams at the moment. Let Cena Writer takeover one of the dead teams and killoff his "expansion" team or just killoff one of the nonactive teams to make the league even at 10.
Brett Favre Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 That's interesting. It's fun building a team out of free agents though, but we'll see.
LaParkaMarka Posted September 9, 2004 Author Report Posted September 9, 2004 Good idea. Is that cool with you Cena? Which inactive team do you want?
razazteca Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 Click Rosters and go down the list.
