Romero (I couldn't say the ending left me thrilled since it's based on a true story, but the way it was shot was excellent) 5. The Shining I also dug the endings to Goodfellas, Road to Perdition and 2001: A Space Odyssey was beautiful even though I had NO idea what the hell was going on.
