Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 probably just the paper. good effort though.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 I can't believe he even said (on Sportscenter this morning) that Tyson should consider Wrestling. All Vince needs is someone to suggest that he go try and get Tyson to do something. Tyson is desperate enough for the money and Vince is stupid enough to think that it would be a big deal.

Edwin MacPhisto Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 Yeah, you're not getting his private cell or anything. That'll certainly be a voicemail for him at the Inquirer.

razazteca Posted August 2, 2004 Author Report Posted August 2, 2004 Tyson in WWE would only work if Teddy Long was his manager.
Steviekick Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 Tyson in WWE would only work if Teddy Long was his manager. THAT would be amazing.
The Tino Standard Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 Like Al said, the last time Tyson did business with the WWE, it turned out pretty damn good for both parties. They used him in a way that made him look like a million bucks, so it benefited him. And I think it goes without saying how well the WWE did after WM14. I'm not saying that was all because of Tyson, but he definitely got some casual fan interest buys for the PPV, and once they put on a good show there, a lot of people stuck with the product for a long while after that.
