Guest Staravenger Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 The live crowd should be happy about the Dodgeball crap. I can't believe they are FIXING A DODGEBALL GAME! Will Vince McMahon leave anything alone? Boxing, Football, Softball...now Dodgeball!
Guest Dazed Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 This deserves a little mention, too: · Snow’s motorcycle ride raises $15,000 for cancer research Also, Sable's WWE.com profile, in case you had an urgent need to find out how tall she is.

Guest Kageho Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 - WWE plans to tape the Divas Dodgeball segment for Summerslam early Sunday afternoon. The segment is expected to last no more than 5 minutes. It's still taking up five minutes that could be applied to another match. I'm sorry, but I'm not thanking God for this still taking up five minutes of my time and costing me $1.10 of the $39.99 I'd have to pay to order SummerSlam. That's $1.10 that can be spent buying myself a freaking king-size chocolate bar. And I know that the chocolate bar will at least be a better filler for five minutes than this "Diva Dodgeball Match".
Guest Staravenger Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 If it takes time away fro the JBL/UT suckfest I'll kiss McMahons ass. I'd rather see T&A than a shitty-ass 15 minute match with BRADSHAW & THE UNDERTAKER.
EdwardKnoxII Posted August 12, 2004 Author Report Posted August 12, 2004 Latest on Shawn Michaels - Shawn Michaels and his wife have yet to have their baby. The baby was due on August 8th. HBK has told WWE that he will not work SummerSlam if his baby is not born before the show. Of course, the last word was that WWE has no plans to use Shawn Michaels at SummerSlam even if he was to become available (unless plans change). At this point, HBK is set to feud with Kane upon his return, which means he may get involved in the Kane/Matt Hardy/Lita angle. Credit: PWInsider.com Sean Waltman Training For Wrestling Return Will he return to WWE? Sean Waltman is now out of drug rehab and is training for a return to wrestling. At this point, he has a job waiting for him at WWE due to his friendship with Triple H, but it is not known whether he will opt to go back there. Waltman is currently staying with family in Florida. MillenniumMan831 Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 I still don't see why they can't use the pretaped Diva Dodgeball for Heat that night.
Guest Staravenger Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 At least it wil be more entertaining than a random womens match that gets 4:00. We've seen pretty much every pair of matches (that can be good) happen on several occasions, so it's not like we're missing something. Of course unless someone takes a stiff head shot, then I'll start hating it for years to come.
Guest Reservoir_Kitty Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Five minutes? Ugh! I hope it's not too soon into the show, otherwise I won't have the need to go to the bathroom. But I can always go get a drink.. hmm, choices, choices. Anywho, I can't believe they're seriously wanting to hire X-Pac, again. Why? What does he bring to the table that no one else that's already currently employed has? Nothing good can come of them hiring him back just because Triple H is using his politics to get another loser friend a job. ... I wish Triple H was *my* friend, dammit.
tekcop Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Trish Stratus says she modeled her body after the comic book character Wonder Woman in an interview with Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper. Anyone else think this is very physcologically unhealthy? If it takes time away fro the JBL/UT suckfest JBL/Taker will be awesome. Taker hasn't had but, like, one bad non-squash match in the past year and JBL's matches with Eddie have been really good.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 The live crowd should be happy about the Dodgeball crap. I can't believe they are FIXING A DODGEBALL GAME! Will Vince McMahon leave anything alone? Boxing, Football, Softball...now Dodgeball! Didn't he try to fix his bodybuilding competition back in the day too?
AndrewTS Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Trish Stratus says she modeled her body after the comic book character Wonder Woman in an interview with Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper. Anyone else think this is very physcologically unhealthy? What the hell does it even mean? She's been drawn differently, right? Does she mean off of Lynda Carter? Isn't Trish actually too short anyway to really duplicate that regardless? Eh, slow news day. Don't worry about it.

Don't worry about it. i was questioning this too...Stratus has a little too much junk in the trunk to be in the same body category as Lynda Carter...
humongous2002 Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 I still don't see why they can't use the pretaped Diva Dodgeball for Heat that night. Because in Vince's sick outdated twisted mind he feels that us (the fans) should pay to see it.
