The Mandarin Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Troubled actor Tom Sizemore was arrested on Wednesday after police discovered drugs at his West Hollywood home. The Black Hawk Down star, 42, was taken into custody and released on $10,000 bail after probation officers found "controlled substances" during a random visit to his mansion. Sizemore was sentenced to six months in jail and three years probation on misdemeanor abuse charges in October, over his volatile relationship with his ex-love, former madam Heidi Fleiss. Los Angeles Superior Court judge Antonio Barreto Jr. said he was willing to cut Sizemore's jail time in half if he behaved himself and successfully complete a drug rehabilitation program. Prosecutors recently alleged the star violated his probation by testing positive for methamphetamine, but his attorney Michael Rovell attributed the result to a prescription drug. Sizemore is due to appear at a September 2 court hearing to determine whether he violated his probation in that instance. I honestly thought he was still in jail at this point for smacking up his bitch. And he claimed he got off the junk a long time ago thanks to Robert DeNiro. Tom Sizemore is one of my faves, but DAMN, he's got problems. EDIT: "Is a one"? My grammar not no good.

The Mandarin Posted August 13, 2004 Author Report Posted August 13, 2004 I've seen it enough times now that I'm starting to tell them apart. Tom Sizemore is Lt. Col. Danny McKnight in the movie. He doesn't do too much, but he's the one instructing the guy who got glass in his face to drive the tank and giving him directions. He also gets a piece of shrapnel in the neck and it misses his jugular by millimeters (or at least that's what the doctor says when they get back to the base).
Black Lushus Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Does Tom Sizemore die in every movie he's in? except Blackhawk Down I suppose...i was watching Dreamcatcher (dreadful movie) and he gets killed in that one and I'm thinking to myself, this guy dies in everything he stars in!
LaParkaYourCar Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 Yeah Dreamcatcher was dreadful...which sucks because the book was good. I've only seen Sizemore in Dreamcatcher and Black Hawk Down so I don't know if he dies in all his movies.
