NoCalMike Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 I am a Coral fan until she starts talking.
Mole Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 When Abe was around, she shut her mouth. It was nice.
LJSexay Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 was I the only one who felt their relationship was .... strange?
Mole Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 No it wasn't strange. It was very strange.
Mole Posted January 4, 2005 Report Posted January 4, 2005 We are almost down to the last three. Who do you think will be there? Men: Mark, Eric, Theo Women: Sophia, Ruthie, Tina
LJSexay Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 replace Theo with Shane, and you have your teams. x]
NoCalMike Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Instead of starting a seperate RW thread, let me just say tonight was a decent episode because Melanie was feature for more then 10 seconds. Also, her friends didn't seem disrespectful to me, it seem more like they were just clowning on a dumb drunk who was being a jerkoff. At least it looks like Landon may have finally learned his lesson. Some people man, they just can't drink and maintain composure.
Alro Posted January 5, 2005 Author Report Posted January 5, 2005 There is a Real World thread somewhere. I assume it died becuase this cast is the most boring bunch since London. Yet for some reason I still watch. As for the Challenge, I think Mole is on the money with his picks for the final three. I still think there is still a slight chance that Coral will snake her way into the final though. Too bad Brad will probably get the boot just because he's a new guy. He's one of my favorites on the guy's team.
Black Lushus Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Shit, I forgot the challenge was still on...
Mole Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 replace Theo with Shane, and you have your teams. x] Umm, Shane got voted off.
LJSexay Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 yeah, I didn't know since I got to miss that episode. I hate retarded winter quarter schedules. Shane > Theo anyway
Mole Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 This is from the BlogSpot that is about RW and RR. With the Battle of the Sexes 2 winding down and the reunion was filmed at the TRL Studios this past Friday. The new Challenge, Battle of Naughty and Nice started filming yesterday in a yet to be announced location. We can already confirm some participants of this new Challenge, but not their teams. Abram (South Pacific) Beth S. (Los Angeles) Jamie (San Diego) Dan (Miami) Julie (New Orleans) Veronica (Semester At Sea) Rachel (Campus Crawl) Brad (San Diego) Tonya (Chicago) Karamo (Philadelphia) Shovanda (Philadelphia) We can also confirm that Coral (Back to New York) and Melissa (New Orleans) are not part of this Challenge.
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 Coral won't be on the next challenge? So, she has to go out and get a job? BTW, Dan > Eric.
Mole Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 I am SO FUCKIN SICK of Coral right now. The past few episodes Coral has never been so annoying. And for some reason the girls think she is the strongest player on the team. What? How is that?
Alro Posted January 12, 2005 Author Report Posted January 12, 2005 Coral won't be on the next challenge? So, she has to go out and get a job? She might have to get a job, but Rachel and Veronica never will. I think this makes challenge number 8 for Veronica.

And for some reason the girls think she is the strongest player on the team. What? How is that? because she doesn't wrestle ... she fucks bitches up.
Black Lushus Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 hey that was one of the better lines from any of MTVs reality shows...that ranks right up there with CTs "I'll work you DAWG!" rant...THAT was gold!
Ripper Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 Coral won't be on the next challenge? So, she has to go out and get a job? She might have to get a job, but Rachel and Veronica never will. I think this makes challenge number 8 for Veronica. Eric gets on anything envolved with Real/Road/Rulely or what ever. He is damn near 40. I think it is time for him to cut back on the crunches and go get a fucking job.
Mole Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 I am SO FUCKIN SICK of Coral right now. The past few episodes Coral has never been so annoying. And for some reason the girls think she is the strongest player on the team. What? How is that? because she doesn't wrestle ... she fucks bitches up. Ha, that was probably one of the funniest things from the show in general. And Mark is one stand up guy for leaving like that. Well done. I have a feeling that the girls are going to win though.
nl5xsk1 Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 I spaced watching the episode last night ... what happened? Who got voted off?
Alro Posted January 18, 2005 Author Report Posted January 18, 2005 Tina and Mark. Arissa was a leader and the guys decided they wanted the girls to have her inabilities for the final mission, so Mark decided to sacrifice himself and the guys threw the mission. Watching them scheme and wink at the camera was pretty funny. I don't know who is going to win it. Logic says guys, but the preview gives me the impression that the girls will be right behind them. I'll stand by logic and say guys win.
nl5xsk1 Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 Thanks for the answer, Alro ... my fear is that the girls will win purely because the guys through this mission ... karma will come back and bite them in the sac, letting the girls win.
LJSexay Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 that STINKS, because I really love Tina. *sigh
Art Sandusky Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 I watched two episodes of this for the first time this weekend, and it blew my mind how they're totally self-parody. I made the same realization about The Real World and Road Rules being scripted for the last few years as well. The last season of The Real World I'd call "real" was Boston, maybe New Orleans. (by the way, if it really does turn out that it's scripted and you all know it already, apologies for beating a dead horse)
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 I'm lost, when the hell did Veronica get voted off? I must've missed that ep. IMO, Brad > Eric and Mark. He should've been in the final 3 along with Theo and Dan. That team is a winner. Bold prediction: The guys will lose. Watch...
Vern Gagne Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 Tina and Mark. Watching them scheme and wink at the camera was pretty funny. I don't know who is going to win it. Logic says guys, but the preview gives me the impression that the girls will be right behind them. I'll stand by logic and say guys win. The guys have dominated. How could they really lose, without the competition being fixed?
Mole Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 I watched two episodes of this for the first time this weekend, and it blew my mind how they're totally self-parody. (by the way, if it really does turn out that it's scripted and you all know it already, apologies for beating a dead horse) Not so much scripted, but the people know what to do, so they do it so the producers like it. I am sure the producers tell them to do some stuff.
Ripper Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 I think the attempts at acting by Real World/Road Rules alums throw that scripted idea out the window. And I think that Coral not being back next year might clue in to the fact that they probably won.
Art Sandusky Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 They might just find really bad actors, because everything they do is smacking of terrible, terrible acting. The jobs they get are from people who just haven't noticed.
Ripper Posted January 19, 2005 Report Posted January 19, 2005 Have you ever seen them in a scripted TV show? Its like: I......amnewaround....here.....and would liketo...get........t........to....know you better. All in that monotone voice. Its like Shaq and Penny Hardaway are their acting coaches.
