strummer Posted September 18, 2004 Report Posted September 18, 2004 Former "Growing Pains" actress Tracey Gold was arrested after her sport utility vehicle flipped on Highway 118, injuring her husband and two of their children. An infant was unhurt. Tracey Gold Marshall, 35, of Valencia was booked for investigation of felony drunken driving after the Sept. 3 crash, California Highway Patrol Officer Steve Reid said Monday. The SUV, with Marshall at the wheel, veered off eastbound Highway 118 near Princeton Avenue just before midnight and it rolled over on its way down an embankment, Reid said. Marshall wasn't hurt, but her husband Robby Marshall, 39, suffered neck injuries, the officer said. Credit: MSN Entertainment/AP

Gold, 35, was driving with her 39-year-old husband, Roby Marshall and their three children shortly before midnight, when she lost control of her GMC Yukon, swerved off the road and rolled over, tumbling down an embankment. "She lost control of her car, which swerved to the right, ran off the freeway, overturned and eventually came to rest on its wheels," CHP spokesman Steve Reid told E! Online. According to police, Marshall suffered a neck injury while the couple's seven-year-old son, Sage, sustained a broken collar bone and five-year-old son, Bailey, suffered minor cuts and a head laceration. The actress and her four-month old son, Aiden, were not hurt. Credit: E! News If she was drunk, she should be locked up for a while.

While yea, some would probaly 'get off', there are still those celebs who get nothing but even MORE shit, then any normal person would. Don't know if this will be the case or not, actually doubt it since I haven't heard anything of this until now anyways, but I'm just saying.
