Styles Posted October 15, 2004 Report Posted October 15, 2004 For those of us there from the beginning and lived through this stuff... http://www.wrestlecrap.com/tnaearlydays.html And don't forget the Jobber of the Week: Tiny the Timekeeper, and his epic battle with Screech. Sometimes I forget why I supported this company... http://www.wrestlecrap.com/jotw.html
SinToxic Posted October 15, 2004 Report Posted October 15, 2004 Somethings need not to be remembered... Lenny Shelby.
Guest Coffey Posted October 15, 2004 Report Posted October 15, 2004 We're currently living the crap, why remember the rest of it?
TheBigSwigg Posted October 15, 2004 Report Posted October 15, 2004 My God, it's even worse than I remember.
Guest Shoes Head Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 They've come so far to go bellyup by 2006.
Elbarto997 Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 Man, whatever happened to those Hardcore Extreme midgets???
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 I didn't think the Flying Elvises were really that bad.
Guest whitemilesdavis Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 Why don't I remebe that fat guy at all? I guess that's a good thing. And about the midgets, aren't they doing Lucha-minis at Victory Road? Some crap never changes.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 I didn't think the Flying Elvises were really that bad. The gimmick was simply horrible. In the ring though.............they weren't bad at all.
TheBigSwigg Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 To think, I actually liked the Dupps.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted October 16, 2004 Report Posted October 16, 2004 To think, I actually liked the Dupps. Well you ARE from the south.........right?
Guest whitemilesdavis Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 I'm from the south and I don't like the Dupps. Oh wait, yeah I do.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Why so people from the North such as myself can continue to own you and the South?
The Dames Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 ....Here's a cheap plug for you. A lot of this stuff, I covered in my weekly TNA Diatribes back then. Read about it in the Archives. Dames
TheBigSwigg Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Wow, The Dames in the TNA folder. It's like a visit from the President. Except I like Dames.
Placebo Effect Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Why don't I remebe that fat guy at all? I guess that's a good thing. And about the midgets, aren't they doing Lucha-minis at Victory Road? Some crap never changes. Cheex only appeared once at the beginning of the third episode I believe. The thing so obviously bombed. The minis in TNA's early days were American midgets who beat each other in the head with canes. The Lucha-minis just flop around and blow spots.
Guest MikeSC Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Why so people from the North such as myself can continue to own you and the South? I'm Southern and thoroughly enjoy owning WMD. Well, not so much "thoroughly enjoy" as "can't avoid". -=Mike ...Thought the Dupps were shite...
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Yeah, I don't get the Dupps. They're the size of lightweights yet get sold like hosses.
Guest MikeSC Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 Yeah, I don't get the Dupps. They're the size of lightweights yet get sold like hosses. I just thought they were more than mildly horrible. Their gimmick, honestly, was the least of their problems. -=Mike
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 17, 2004 Report Posted October 17, 2004 I don't really blame Bo Dupp though. It's not his fault that Stan was a horrible replacement for his original partner.
Guest MikeSC Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 Can't remember, but I believe he died of a heart attack. -=Mike
Guest netslob Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 Jack Dupp, aka Mike Maverick. he was supposedly the guy Stacy Carter was cheating on Lawler with in that picture. you know the one i mean whether he died of a heart attack or not i'm not sure.
Corey_Lazarus Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 I like the Dupps, and I'm from Massachusetts. Well, southern Massachusetts. And Bo Dupp was the one with the goofy hat, right? I remember him tagging with Jack in ECW, so I'm assuming that's Bo. Also, when RD gets to the crap over the DOA position? I'll give a cheap plug for all my old Rushes when that shit was taking place.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 I think Mike Maverick is still alive.
TheBigSwigg Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 Jack Dupp, aka Mike Maverick. he was supposedly the guy Stacy Carter was cheating on Lawler with in that picture. you know the one i mean No I don't
Guest whitemilesdavis Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 I'm Southern and thoroughly enjoy owning WMD. This is what Mike means by "owning": WMD, it's impossible to notice that you have an IQ comparable to the temperature of a porcelain toilet seat in Anchorage in January. -=Mike AKA the WORST insult(?) in the history of TSM.
