Kahran Ramsus Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 And Minnesota waited until the 4th quarter to finally wake up, but still lost Combined with the Packers gaining momentum off 3 straight wins, I'm not liking this at all What I don't understand is why Minnesota can't win after October when they play indoors.
Exslade ZX Posted October 31, 2004 Author Report Posted October 31, 2004 That sucks. Steelers get first Touchdown.
LaParkaMarka Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 And instead of the Pittsburgh/New England game, the west coast broadcast receives an early Christmas present...San Diego and Oakland. Kill me now. Here. instead of showing the end of Indy/KC, or cutting to one of the late games...we get informercials. Fucking CBS.
KingPK Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 And they take advantage of it by burning his replacement for a TD. Smart, smart play.
Cartman Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 This is gonna get UGLY for the Patriots.
Slayer Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 And Minnesota waited until the 4th quarter to finally wake up, but still lost Combined with the Packers gaining momentum off 3 straight wins, I'm not liking this at all What I don't understand is why Minnesota can't win after October when they play indoors. Bring back the Met!
KingPK Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Jesus, you say that EVERY GODDAMN WEEK!
Lightning Flik Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 And it looks like Pittsurgh will be getting more points on the board.
Cartman Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Streak ends today, no doubt. Pittsburgh want's it more.
Damaramu Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Streak ends today, no doubt. Pittsburgh want's it more. Do you always turn on your teams when things don't go peachy?
Guest El Satanico Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Doesn't seem like New England has rattled the rookie. I had to start him in my fantasy league this week, and now I feel alot better about it.
Cartman Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 No, it's just clear who the better team is out there right now. Without Dillon, Branch, Law, Brown, etc. they have no chance.
Brett Favre Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Streak ends today, no doubt. Pittsburgh want's it more. Don't post anymore if the Pats comeback and win.
KingPK Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Now the Steelers have to keep it up, because if they start letting their guard down (a la Seattle), it'll bite them hard in the ass. And that's a great way to do it.
AlwaysPissedOff Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 WOW. The Pats are getting whored at the moment.
Damaramu Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 The streak ends! Yay! I do't really like the Steelers but I like Big Ben...so I want to see him do good and take his team to the playoffs.....then lose to the Chiefs.
Guest El Satanico Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 I hate the Steelers, but I'm cheering for them this game. Well, ok I'm also cheering them for the sake of one of my fantasy teams.
KingPK Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Did they play a college game there yesterday, because that field looks pretty chewed up already.
AlwaysPissedOff Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 I think they did, but not too sure though.
Guest El Satanico Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Pitt Panthers play in that stadium, so there may have been a college game yesterday. Red Sox winning WS = Patriots will fall apart
snuffbox Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Big Ben appears to be the real deal... Will Bill Cowher ever lose his job in Pittsburgh?
KingPK Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Right, because that blowout loss to Buffalo last year REALLY affected them, didn't it? Anyway, the refs seem to be calling more taunting penalties this year. That's like the third week in a row I've seen one called.
Slayer Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 Will Bill Cowher ever lose his job in Pittsburgh? Amazing to think that in 34 years there have only been two coaches there
Lightning Flik Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 And Brady is picked off for the second time at the Patriots own 20 yard line. Yeah, this one is over.
Slayer Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 In other news, Rod Woodson is joining the CBS pregame staff Thoughts?
iggymcfly Posted October 31, 2004 Report Posted October 31, 2004 I really wish I could see New England's streak ending right now. I don't think anyone on earth outside of California gives a fuck about Oakland and San Diego. It kind of sucks being a Jets fan living in Washington. Oh well, at least I can be happy that the Jets can move back into a tie for first in the AFC East in a game I actually get to see on Monday night.
