As an American not all that familiar with Canada, I don't get it. Okay, I'm pretty sure that's Alberta, but is there any specific incident that makes them part of Jesusland, or just general conservativeness?

Oh, and cowboys. Can't forget them. There's a reason why most of Western Canada votes Conservative in the elections, as that's where all the big oil companies reside and such.
