Tonight while out I grabbed another of those Oaks, but in a smaller size, a pie and a small can of Original Pringles, which, as it turned out, was dinner.

What did you eat, fatty?

I've had a problem.

I've been eating nothing but like one meal of $6 Wendy's food every day for like a month and a half...mixed with diet/regular sodas...

I haven't gotten fat, but I've put on weight.

So tomorrow I'm gonna start eating right/less until the end of December.

I did a healthy/contained eating program during the summer, it went like this:

One little thing in the morning: Breakfast bar

One meal at 6 pm: Grilled salmon, grilled aspargus, little bit of fruit, small salad.

Water.

Diet (if any) soda.

Plus, about 45-min of running each day.

I dropped like 20 pounds in a month-month and half and did well. I'm gonna start that back up tomorrow.

Good luck to me.

Oh. My God. I just ate the worst thing ever.

There was a Greek restaurant near my place. I felt like a Gyro. Which is my wont.

Anyway, they're under new management. Wanted fallafel. Didn't have it. Ordered a lamb sandwich. It was pretty crappy. Now, every time i burp, it TASTES LIKE SHIT! I mean LTERALLY!. EVERY fucking time I burp it's like somone shat in my damn mouth. That's what it fucking smells like. God damn it. I should pull my trigger.

Breakfast- Corn Pops, OJ (7:30)

Lunch- ham sandwich, granola, a litre of water (11:30)

Afternoon- bagel, lasagna, popsicle, water (5:00)

Dinner- hot dog, Ruffles chips, water (6:30)

Probably some fruit and more water in my future.

If I were to have a diet consisting mainly of takeout, it would probably be:

Breakfast- two sausage McMuffins, two hashbrowns, large orange juice

Lunch- Subway club sandwich w/ lettuce, green peppers and Sub Sauce, Sun Chips, Sprite

Afternoon- wild blueberry or carrot w/ raisin muffin, Dad's Root Beer

Dinner- four Classic Super slices of pizza, Diet Pepsi

Then I would be poor and fat.

My ususal diet consists of not shit.

Breakfast - either a small salad or nothing. And a cigarette.

Lunch - my biggest meal of the day. Nowadays usually a gyro and soup. A guro of the non-shit variety.

Dinner - whatever's around.
