I don't think I could realistically see him beating Spike Dudley, I'm afraid. (He's the champ, right?) Yes, Spike is the champ. However, the champion doesn't have to be pinned. So, feasibly...Josh could pin either Rey, Chavo, or Kidman It's not too much of a stretch to think that Matthews could be the Cruiserweight champion. After all, Jacqueline once beat Chavo for the title.

They'll probably have him tooken out at SS and have a stupid tourny for the belt or something..

It's sad that he's going to miss 'Mania though, he had become one of the better parts of Smackdown. Let's hope Jesus doesn't just flounder about for three months.
