Matt Young 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2004 The topic title says it all. Will TNA be releasing Victory Road on DVD? I assume they will, but I would like to know for sure. I missed the PPV and I was considering trying to acquire a tape of the show, but for the sake of video quality and, more importantly, supporting the company, I would rather purchase an official DVD if one will be released. Yes. If the company survives, yes there will be a DVD of their first major 3 hr PPV.

Guest TroughOfMantaur Report post Posted November 16, 2004 How is it that ROH can get into the local Sam Goody/FYE/Suncoast, but a company with pseudo national TV clearance still only sells from their website?

razazteca 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2004 TNA needs to get its product into Wal*Mart so people outside the South can enjoy this brand of wrestling.

Considering ECW was alive for five years and TNA is still being held up by Panda, I'm going to keep saying it. Until they get paid to be on TV and can start making money with some touring house shows, they are playing with major fire. They are getting closer, but still not time to celebrate just yet. I do hope they make it, I enjoy most of TNA.

Because ROH isn't getting their stuff in those stores distributed. They're edited versions of ROH shows distributed by Takedown Masters.
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2004 How is it that ROH can get into the local Sam Goody/FYE/Suncoast, but a company with pseudo national TV clearance still only sells from their website? ROH is probably getting raped in their asses as far as residuals goes, and TNA probably feels that it's better to wait out a proper distributor than get locked into a bottom of the barrel contract.
