Hey, it's alright. I'm on a late season slide as well, unless my picks can make a major comeback. I'm down 2-3 right now with 4 games left to go.

If I'm reading this correctly, I have won this week and can clinch the division with a win next week.

Totally amazing, considering my PF total is second or third WORST in the whole league.

I can't believe I fucking lost. How many close games am I going to lose? and thew only time I don't pick Oakland it burns me. Fuck you Woolery, you didn't beat me. I beat myself, faggot.

Goodbye Season.

You deserve to lose for being such a whiny and snivelling pussy. Have some pride. You're 9-4. Fucking baby.

I'm only being honest. I've picked horribly, and have lost 3 games in a row. Hopefully I finish strong, and win the next two games and have some momentum going into the playoffs.

To say "goodbye season" screams of over exagerating to induce sympathy from the masses. My response demonstrates no one should give you that sympathy. You're 9-4. Its difficult to feel bad for you, regardless of what you are saying.

Vern hopefully you make it into the playoffs. Cause honestly whoever's coming out of the NFC is winning the Bowl. So I'm hoping I get to face ya again.

That's right AFC. Ya ain't winning it. Not by a fucking long shot. It'll be a NFC team that kicks your ass in the Bowl. Perferably, I want it to be me, but we'll see how it goes. I mean, I did lose to Banky after all.

I knew more about sports when I was 3 than you know right now. You've gotten lucky. I could beat anyone here with ease.

As for the knowledge, you probably do know much more than I do or ever will. Sports isn't my forte, its video games.

As for beating anyone I say: could, would, should. Sadly, you don't. 7-7 is not beating anyone with ease. 7-7 is just barely making it by.

I'm not saying I'm God at getting the job done either, but I'm 11-3. Can't get that many wins by luck alone, ya know.

I'm thinking about riding my emergency picks out for the rest of the season. Win by the theories I sent kkk as opposed to directly picking.

Oy, vey. I just glanced at the current state of end-of-season tie-breakers, and here are some notes that might shed some light on the playoff picture as of right now. Keep in mind there are two more weeks left, and a bunch of playoff-related games have yet to be played...

AFC

* If Baltimore beats Pittsburgh next week, Dr. Tom will really help his chances of getting in the playoffs because he would win the division tie-breaker between him, Cincy and Pittsburgh.

* Oakland swept the season series from San Diego but lost to Tenn. in the regular season.

* New England has a good conference record.

* Indy got swept by Tenn, lost to Oakland, and beat Baltimore and New England.

NFC

* San Fran beat New Orleans in the regular season.

* Detroit has a great conference record.

KKK can attest to the fact that I've lost MANY very very close games. But just a matter of 5 points combined I could be 9-5 or even 10-4. Luck has not been on my side.

To help soothe his wounds.

Banky's losses, four of which were decided by one game or less:

(This latest loss really hurt you, but Tenn and Denver play each other next week, so either one of them losing will help you. However, Denver has the regular-season tie-breaker advantage over you, as does Tenn, so one of these two teams will need to lose the rest of their games in order for you to get a shot at the playoffs...)

Week 1: 9-9 via TB

Week 2: 7-8

Week 4: 8-9

Week 6: 7-10

Week 7: 4-8

Week 13: 9-10

Week 15: 7-9

I realize that I'm not making the playoffs or anything, but can we at least wait until I lose next week before tacking on that 9th loss? Please?

So? A good team or player gets the job done in tight situations. If you can't, then you can't turn around and say "oh well luck wasn't on my side".

Bad luck is losing when by tonight's game because Miami gets an INT on Brady within the last few seconds of the game and gets a return TD which means Miami covers the spread. Thus making you bend over and taking it hard.

Having a few games where you don't pick the right team is losing. Plan and simple.

I would've had a tie in my game with the Titans had the Raiders not safetied the Titans with no time left. The game should've ended with a 3 point defecit, but instead it was 5 and I lost.
