MrRant Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Serbu Super Shorty 12g Shotgun Price: $699.99 The SUPER-SHORTY is based on a Mossberg Cruiser 12-gauge shotgun which came from the factory with a pistol grip. Because of this, the SUPER-SHORTY is considered an AOW (Any Other Weapon) and can be transferred with a $5 stamp! The gun holds two 2-3/4" or 3" (if you like pain) shells in the magazine, plus one in the chamber. The 16.5" overall length, 6.5" barrel and spring-loaded foregrip, which pivots out of the way when not in use, make for a very compact package. If you like the idea of concealed carry with a 12-gauge, or like a lot of "bang" in a small package, or just like a lot of muzzle flash, then this is the gun for you. (NOTE: Not available in CA and some other states. Federal background check required.)
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Pointing a rifle at natural disasters is far more dramatic.
1234-5678 Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Goddamn right Baron. I'm not even into guns, but that thing is beautiful.
Sideburnious Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Owning one of those things would really make you want the world to be overrun by zombies
Red Baron Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Owning one of those things would really make you want the world to be overrun by zombies I was thinking the exact same thing. This gun is beautiful...
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Bunch of closet cases.
Ripper Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Whats so beautiful about it? It looks like something you would get your girlfriend if she wanted a shotgun too.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 I'd buy one if redbaron hadn't sucked on them all already.
MrRant Posted December 30, 2004 Author Report Posted December 30, 2004 Olympic AR15 Carbine 16" Price: $799.99 16" heavy barrel, threaded muzzle, flash hider and fiberite CAR collapsable stock. Or... go commie on nature. Russian M38 Carbine Price: $129.99 50 years old in storage. Probably would fire excellent.
Guest Vitamin X Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 The Russian one would probably be less prone to jamming since the AR-15 is the civilian version of the M-16A1. Of course the AR-15 would work wonderfully until then.
MrRant Posted December 30, 2004 Author Report Posted December 30, 2004 I mention the M38 as it would be cool to have a true almost WWII Soviet rifle. Currently I'm in the process of purchasing a Baikal (Russian version) Makarov 9x18 (basically 9mm) semi auto handgun. They are very reliable and and can eat dirty ammo without jamming much like a Glock. Other guns... not so much. The range on them is poor past about 15 yards but they make for good self defense or carry weapons and are fun as hell to shoot as a buddy of mine has a Bulgarian Makarov. Edit: This is what the Bulgarian looks like... Russian is a bit different. Usually nickel or chrome plated. Edit again... sorry nickel or chrome is the Miltex Bulgarians.
Guest BDC Posted December 30, 2004 Report Posted December 30, 2004 Really, I'd rather take a pistol anyday. For my tastes, a good .38 would be best.
Sideburnious Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 Meh, id still prefer the Shotgun. I'd feel so macho pumping it.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 Agent likes guns because it feels like a penis in his hand. I'm going to tell him this when I meet him.
Guest TheLastBoyscout Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 If you like handguns, and want personal weaponry with style these are tops: HECKLER & KOCH USP COMPACT MODEL P7M8 KAHR K9 The ASP The ASP is my favorite, and contains the following features of note: - Highly concealable, it's not just small but all the edges have been smoothed down. This thing will never catch on a fold of clothing if you use a shoulder holster. The spur and hammer are gone completely. - Functions with allknown bullet types in it's caliber. - Guttersnipe sight on the back makes getting a bead much faster than traditional front and rear sights. - The sights are iradescent; they will glow in the dark. - The grips are transparent Lexan to let you knowhow many rounds are still in the clip. - It's covered in Teflon-S so skin will never ever stick to it.
MrRant Posted December 31, 2004 Author Report Posted December 31, 2004 If I were going sub compact you go with the Springfield SubCompact XD. http://www.springfield-armory.com/prod-xdp...b-compact.shtml I'd personally rather have the 4 inch model.
Guest TheLastBoyscout Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 If I had to pick an overall favorite gun it'd be the Colt 1911A though. Just a fucking cannon of a handgun with rock-solid dependability.
MrRant Posted December 31, 2004 Author Report Posted December 31, 2004 Of the 1911A variants, Springfield Armory generally makes the best. The Colt is great for name but SA's are usually better.
Guest Vitamin X Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 If I were going sub compact you go with the Springfield SubCompact XD. http://www.springfield-armory.com/prod-xdp...b-compact.shtml I'd personally rather have the 4 inch model. I don't like the look of that gun at all. It looks castrated.
Art Sandusky Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 I will never understand the appeal of guns.

Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 I will never understand the appeal of guns. I might've asked you this before, but have you ever fired one? Also, they feel better than a penis in my hand.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 Really, I'd rather take a pistol anyday. For my tastes, a good .38 would be best. That's so a girl gun. At least get a 9mm...
Art Sandusky Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 I'd really rather not fire one.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 Not even at a nonliving target? Maybe it's just because I grew up around them.
Art Sandusky Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 Not really, as a little kid I didn't even like toy guns very much.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 You should go shoot a gun.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted December 31, 2004 Report Posted December 31, 2004 So you've never even been huntin'?
