  1. 1. Is Mike Martz a crappy coach that you hate?

I voted the blank option ... as someone that hates the Rams, I hope they keep Martz forever. Just watching him make bad decisoin after bad decision is great ... not to mention his doing a little happy-dance on the sideline a few times a game. That alone is enough to put a smile on my face.

Having said that, though, if I liked the Rams, I'd hate Martz with a passion.

I'm indifferent to the Rams, and I think Martz is a shitty coach. The man makes bad decisions constantly and refuses to stick to a winning formula. If the NFC weren't a big bag of suck this year, he'd be watching the postseason on TV, like he should be.

I voted blank because he isn;t the coach of my team, so I don't hate him.

I am capable of hating coaches though... just mention Dave Shula or Bruce Coslet to me and I get grumpy...

darn it Slasher Flick, I warned you...

Now I'm all grumpy...  <_<     :(

Will Mike Mularkey join that list any time soon? Or is he performing to the Buffalo fans' expectations? And what about Gregg Williams for that matter?

What do Buffalo fans have to do with two Cincy coaches?

What's Shula up to now? I always thought he got the job because of his name more then anything else.

Mularkey is slow to change, but Gregg Williams was just a jackass AND his record as coach was 17-31.

I half expect to walk through the gates of hell and see Mike Martz there in a red suit, horns coming out of his head, holding a pitchfork, saying "welcome to hell!" followed by some pun or play on words with the "greatest show on turf" gimmick.

When they were in the division with New Orleans, beating them was just oh the more sweeter being in the division.

It was still pretty sweet earlier this season when we beat them too, but I digress.

I vote yes, and if I could do it more, I would.

Basically. Mike Brown had a phase where he was hiring relatives to good coaches because well Mike Brown's an idiot.

Regardless of in-game decisions, his record speaks loudly about how good a coach he is.

As offensive coordinator, he saw the talent that Kurt Warner had, and for a time found the perfect balance on offense to hide his weaknesses on the field.

I don't think bad coaches make it to the NFL; let alone the super bowl.

I think Martz is a great Offensive Coordinator, but he just is not a good head coach. I think he lacks that leadership quality. I think his succeess is attributed to that talent he has, but if you want nay example of him being badly outcoached just look to the Super Bowl where Belichek out coached him and last year when Carolina beat the Rams, especially when they had a chance for the win and let the clock run down to kick a field goal. It is just the NFC is very weak, so they make the playoffs, but Martz I believe will not win it all becuase he just is not a Head Coach and has been riding Dick Vermiels coattails for a while now (the talent of the Rams, most of it, was brought in by Vermiel).
