Guest OSIcon Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 Really good episode. My initial reaction is that I don't like the Talk Soup girl being a mole. Too cliched and played out. Of course, they haven't even explained why she turned yet, so a good explanation might change my viewpoint. Otherwise, really good.
Guest Fook Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 I hope next week he kicks down the damn door and puts a round in his father's forehead. I know that would never happen, but I was thrilled when he throttled that guy with the shovel about 5 more times than necessary. Hell, I just about jumped up and cheered when that happened. My initial reaction is that I don't like the Talk Soup girl being a mole. Too cliched and played out. Of course, they haven't even explained why she turned yet, so a good explanation might change my viewpoint. I hope it doesn't become a "fake traitor" thing like Gael last season, just because it'd be too repetitive. I have faith in the 24 writers to keep me good and hooked.
tpww7 Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 I loved the episode...until the end. Traitor in CTU..again? Hopefully something good comes of it.
Michrome Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 I think Aisha the insider is a misdirect. No way she's working with the terrorists, I'm just curious who she is working for. We probably won't find out until after the nuclear power plant mini story ends.

Of course, they haven't even explained why she turned yet, so a good explanation might change my viewpoint. Not to mention, they've set her up for us to hate her. That's way too straightforward for 24.
Guest Skironox Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 Quite a good episode, this season has started off extremely fast paced, but excellent every minute. You know, you would think that the assassin would know better than to turn his back on Behrooz for about a minute. Interested to find out who this Government insider Audrey recognized is.
Tully316 Posted January 25, 2005 Report Posted January 25, 2005 Personally, I think Sec. Heller is in on something
MarvinisaLunatic Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 Man, Heller's son and Behrooz need to get together to form a group called "fucking retarded kids"... Driscoll's daughter should be in that group too... Personally, I think its obvious that Audrey's ex boyfriend has some connection to the take over of the Nuclear Power plants and will probably kidnap her by 6pm.
packwingfn Posted January 26, 2005 Report Posted January 26, 2005 Personally, I think its obvious that Audrey's ex boyfriend has some connection to the take over of the Nuclear Power plants and will probably kidnap her by 6pm. Or maybe he will just get owned by Jack.
Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Great episode this week, IMO.
starvenger Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 I hope the one he trusts is a leather-clad Michelle...
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 HOLY SHIT YEEEEEEEEEAH THAT'S MY FUCKIN BOY
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 I jumped out of my seat. I'm so lame.
Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Don't worry, my roommate and I did too. I fucking love this show.
starvenger Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Apparently Heller also now has a man-crush on Jack...
Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Fucking previews, I should know not to watch them. It wasn't a huge spoiler, but still a spoiler.
mike546 Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Maybe I'm slow, but what exactly was Tony implying to Jack during next weeks previews?
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Let's not talk about the previews. I haven't watched one since I was able to figure out that Reza was getting capped by Marie during season 2.
Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Perhaps he's on the run from the law.
packwingfn Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 The thing with the previews is, i usually forget what they tell us by the time next week rolls around.
starvenger Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Well, Tony WAS supposed to be put away for a while...
treble Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Shit, I don't even like Tony and I marked out.
Mik Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 I was yelling like a maniac. I live in a townhouse style apartment and I wouldn't be surprised if my neighbors heard me on either side even though they are quite far away. I was hoping for a one armed Chase, but Tony works too. "The only person I can trust." NICE. Too bad Tony can't show his face or take credit for anything because he's supposed to be in jail.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 I was thinking Chase at first, but if I recall Jack said in the first episode that he's in Rome or something like that with Kim. Tony I was not expecting at all, which pwnz0red my bonez0r.
mike546 Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 ******SPOILER IN A WAY******* I heard somewhere that one of Palmers last acts of presidency was pardoning Tony, so that might be it. Highlight to see it.
Mik Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 I was just gonna post about that. Apparently it was streamed on the bottom of the TV during one of the broadcasts of the trial. I totally missed it.
BlackFlagg Posted February 1, 2005 Report Posted February 1, 2005 Tony showing up as one of the biggest mark out moments EVER~!
