BHK 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 In Your House, 2/18/96: Razor Ramon vs. 1-2-3 Kid Razor Ramon and the 1-2-3 Kid, who would later be known to WWE fans as Scott Hall and X-Pac respectively, faced off against each other in the first-ever Crybaby Match. The loser of the match had to be powdered and diapered. Was it Razor Ramon or the 1-2-3 Kid that was crying in the end? In Your House, 2/16/97: The Rock vs. Triple H The Rock and Triple H had several classic battles over the WWE Championship, but fans sometimes forget that they also fought over the Intercontinental Championship earlier in their careers. The Rock defeated Triple H for the title on an edition of Raw, and this was the much-anticipated rematch. Could Triple H regain the Intercontinental Championship? No Way Out, 2/23/03: The Rock vs. Hogan Two of the biggest Superstars in WWE history, The Rock and Hollywood Hogan, met in a match for the ages at WrestleMania X8. It was such a classic match that WWE fans demanded a rematch almost a year later at No Way Out. The fans got what they wanted and they surely weren't disappointed. Could The Rock do the unthinkable and pin a legend like Hollywood Hogan twice? No Way Out, 2/15/04: Brock Lesnar vs. Eddie Guerrero Eddie Guerrero and Brock Lesnar met in a true clash of styles. Lesnar boasted immense power, while Guerrero was the technical genius with an aerial assault mixed in. Which style would prevail? Goldberg certainly had something to say about it. 2/20/05 at 8PM ET WCW Chi-Town Rumble, 2/20/89: Ricky Steamboat vs. Ric Flair Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat are two of the greatest Superstars in sports-entertainment history. They are widely considered to have had some of the greatest matches of all time together. Their rivalry in 1989 is one for the ages, and it all kicked off at the Chi-Town Rumble. Relive history and see how this rivalry began. WCW WrestleWar, 2/24/91: Freebirds vs. Doom Doom and the Fabulous Freebirds are two of the most successful teams in WCW history. The two teams met in a classic match for the WCW Tag Team Championship at WrestleWar. Would the power of Doom overcome the experience of the Freebirds? *Marks out for 1-2-3 Kid match*
BHK 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 No. Ron Simmons/Butch Reed were a WCW Tag Team in the late 80s/Early 90s, called Doom.
MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 It's a shame they didn't put in Owen/Bulldog vs. Furnas/LaFon from IYH: Final 4.

razazteca 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 Doom was managed by "Peanut Head" Teddy Long but I can't remember if he had the skullet or worn bandanas at that time period.

Tim Cooke 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 Doom had the 12/16/90 Starrcade match against Windham/Arn that was excellent. Simmons and Reed also had a bunch of other singles matches that were very good as well. Tim
Guest Loss Report post Posted February 15, 2005 Ummm.....ewwwwww?? That just doesn't seem like it has any chance of being good. I mean the Freebirds were decent when not feuding with the Von Erichs (then they were awesome) but I can't see that being a good match It's a horrible match, unusually horrible for Doom since they were a good team actually. It's strange that they picked this match considering that Wrestle War '91 was a great show and this was one of the few bad matches to be found that night. Guest Loss Report post Posted February 15, 2005 I like how they tease that match, making fun of the fans for having short attention spans and trying to put the result in doubt of a match that happened 8 years ago. OMGMYMONEYISONROCK~!

OMGMYMONEYISONROCK~! Well they do this with jukebox matches too, and I like it. Why? Becasue while I've seen most of the matches and know the finish/winner, some of them and I don't, and it doesn't spoil it for me.
claydude14 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2005 Doom was managed by "Peanut Head" Teddy Long but I can't remember if he had the skullet or worn bandanas at that time period. Or a durag. I had an old set of WCW trading cards once and one of the three Teddy Long cards of the series was the one card I needed to complete the set. On the two cards I did have, it appeared he was wearing a durag leading my friend and I to proclaim Teddy Long as inventor of the durag.

Yep, this match was rather dull compared to what they put out regularly. This was a few days after The Steiners won the tag titles if I remember correctly. Good card though, with an excellent War Games and a really good Luger vs Spivey match. Cheers.
