Art Sandusky Posted February 19, 2005 Report Posted February 19, 2005 $350 a month or so on a 1993 XJ6. I just HAD to go and total that three day old Mustang GT.
iggymcfly Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 Driving tests mostly depend on the individual instructor. Some will take you out for a 5-minute trip and pass you as long as you don't directly cause any accidents. Others will ride your ass for an hour while looking for any possible excuse to fail you. It's mostly just luck. Yeah, when I took my driving test with my actual driver's ed instructor, he had me drive around for like 40 minutes, and docked me points whenever I hit a pothole or didn't stop long enough at a stop sign. Then, when I went over to the DMV, he basically had me go around the block and parallel park the car and then come back. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was.
Guest Vitamin X Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 You know, I really enjoy reading WJM's posts for the mere fact I hear an extremely hot british accent while reading them.
Garth Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 You realise it wouldn't be a extremely hot British (well it should be English accent as Britain is the country as a whole of England, Wales, Scotland) accent but rather an extremely hot Welsh accent, these's a difference. I can't wait to start Uni in Wales in September, for the plain fact I love the Welsh accent.
The Czech Republic Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 So she sounds like the guy from the Velvet Underground?
welshjerichomark Posted February 23, 2005 Author Report Posted February 23, 2005 Like Tom Jones, only female. Yo Although one girl i met thought i was Scottish, so my accent may be a bit fucked up. Bet i know what G Money's accent's like. All southerners sound the same to me.
nl5xsk1 Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 How did you all manage to get me THIS confused about WJM's accent? I thought I had a pretty good guess about it, but now that you all have tried to explain it I'm wicked confused. /dumb American
welshjerichomark Posted February 23, 2005 Author Report Posted February 23, 2005 I sound nothing like Liz Hurley.
Garth Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 I however, sound exactly like Liz Hurley.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted February 24, 2005 Report Posted February 24, 2005 She uses a lot of L sounds, and accents the vowel E.
the max Posted February 27, 2005 Report Posted February 27, 2005 I have a disturbing mix of "Bostonian" and "southern" going on with my accent now.
Guest Museite Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Good job I passed on my 2nd time. First time this woman thought I was going to hit her from behind (!) and stopped, earning me an instant failage... 2nd time, the road was mine
Matt Young Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Congratulations, and happy 18th birthday.
